Cool Breez Waterfront Getaway!!

This getaway is on 2 acres of prime waterfront with a large dock to accommodate multiple boats and easy dock fishing. Sleeps 12+ with two full kitchens and room for more if you need it! Tons of PARKING and AMAZING location for the best of what Rayburn offers both on and off the water
Beautiful trees bring an abundance of shade and wildlife making for a wonderful setting. Large decks, covered areas, grills make hanging outside with friends and family aka great experience.
Prime location for quick access to the lakes favorite spots on and off the water. Amazing fishing location with a fish cleaning station set up ready for some catfish, pirch, bass and a sharp blade.
The large lot allows for plenty of parking for vehicle/trailers, room for kids to run about, ride there favorite toys and just simply....play! They won't be bored. The great neighborhood allow for nice rides, runs or walks as well. Downstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms, a loft, a full bathroom, an open kitchen/living space and comfortable seating that allows for cozy indoor chilling. If you like to cook like we do we got you covered with all the necessaties and more.
Upstairs imagine a full kitchen, large bar, full bathroom, one large living space, two queen beds, 2 cozy couches, two bunk beds, a loft and a private 2nd level deck for hanging out or sipping your favorite drink. Need help setting up a guided fishing trip? We can get you with the best lip rippers at Sam Rayburn!
With a RV hook up inviting a few more friends and family to enjoy the stay is no problem. Ask for details.

Our family had a blast! The upstairs had a separate entrance for our young adults to have their own space. We went fishing, tubing, golfing and kayaking. It was wonderful.

Lake House

Great place to stay leaving our boats in the water. Covered patio was great to gather in the evening. Will plan on staying again.

Family Fishing Trip

Had a wonderful time. Huge covered outdoor patio. Very roomy. House set up was great. All the younger adults were upstairs. Will definitely come back

Excellent Location

This is a great spot at the end of the road. Nice and quiet. Having two separate sleeping areas worked out very well for our group. We really enjoyed the large covered patio area. We will definitely be adding this one to our rotation.

Perfect for our gathering

We like to be outside and what we loved about this property was the large open spaces, especially the covered porch with fans and plenty of seating. We had a group of young adults who enjoyed having their own place to hang and play games in the upstairs loft apartment. The comfy furniture and great AC was just what we needed when we were ready to get out of the heat.

We will rent again

Very large yard, a lot of water access, plenty of outdoor seating, note the upstairs and downstairs there is no access from inside the house. We will rent again.

Great location on the lake!

5 friends and I stayed here for a week long bass fishing trip. The house slept all 6 of us very comfortably. The house sits on plenty of land for 5 trucks and bass boat trailers. The dock also was great for all five boats. And the back porch is a major plus in our books! We had a great time and if we ever venture back to Sam Rayburn, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks

Summer Vacation

We had a great time. Great spot on the water. I heard a couple of times I should have brought fans for outside so that would be my only recommendation. Bring outside fans. We enjoyed our stay and our teenagers got to help rescue a gator with gator country.

Great location but we were a bit disappointed in the condition of the home. The hot tub was not clean and full of algae and definitely hadn’t been use in forever. Super disappointed because that was shown to be working in the photos on the listing. Also, there is NO second bathroom on the first floor which the listing indicated there was. It was actually only an outdoor shower and no toilet. The floors seemed to be painted but the color was peeling off on our feet and my 8 month old baby’s hands and knees so it was very hard to let her play or even walk around without shoes. We were left with needle nose plyers to turn the stove on and off and for some reason the oven wasn’t working properly either. The grill was so full if rust that when we shut the lid rust fell all on to our fajitas and we literally had to throw them away because of it. It definitely felt like things needed to be updated and maintained better. I do feel like this is a cool cabin but it needs some work and attention. The pier was not in the water when we arrived the first day but thankfully they had some men come on day two and they were able to fix the problem and get it in the water so that we could fish and dock our boat. All and all we enjoyed our stay aside from the small issues.

Our family had a great vacation. Plenty of nice trees. Nice covered porch. House was great. Easy access to everything. Dock was great for the boats and fishing. I brought everything from home except my kitchen sink, thinking it would be like other places. This house was completely stocked!!! Everything you need is here.

Great property, location and management!

We had a group of ten with 5 trucks and boats and had plenty of room. Even parked 5 boats around the dock with no issues.

Look closer

I read the reviews all where 5 stars and comments where highly recommended! Well everything thing described was there but it was dirty and old😔I spent 4 hours cleaning when I got there. Next time I rent VBRO I will look closer and ask more questions about the unit. The flies where bad and we couldn’t use the out side table for meals and inside there where only 3 chairs at a bar. Outs side furniture was old and meldewed with mold! all the games where broken To get to the dock you have to walk through sloppy mud If you are still reading it is an awesome retreat house that has very poor mangemnet It need make over to get the place renting quality ‼️Sorry

Lovely Waterfront Vacation for Young Kids

We had a wonderful time when we visited. There were games and toys for the kids (Ages 2 and 6), as well as a little loft area they built forts in every day. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing from the dock almost daily. We played volleyball and soccer both with the kids. And the Neighbor, Bob, was SO nice. He helped us fillet like 15 fish (and by help i meant did all of it). There were 1-2 minor things that would have been icing on the cake (I mean seriously minor - like we ran out of detergent, paper towels and sponges), but overall the property was very clean, owner was responsive to questions, and the amenities and the view were just as lovely as promised. Would stay here again and probably would bring some friends since there is an upstairs apartment we didn't even use.

Peaceful cabin

We had a great stay. We were looking for a getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. My kids had a blast!! Enjoyed the beautiful water views, the fire pit and the deer ;)

Perfect getaway

The property is better than what it looks like in the picture. The house has a separate apartment upstairs with many beds, a bathroom, and even a second kitchen. It has a lot of green space for kids and dogs to play. The view to the lake is gold and there are a huge catfish in case you are into fishing. Great place!

Amazing Property!!

We had an amazing stay! Beautiful weather only added to the wonderful property &atmosphere! The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating, even loaning us their kayaks and ATV for the long weekend. Lots of games, movies, opportunity for campfires, fishing, kayaking and sitting back enjoying the amazing views. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more! Beds were plentiful and extremely comfortable! They even decorated for Christmas for us! Unforgettable time at the lake! Highly recommend & worth every Penny!

So Relaxing!

We stayed in this home because we had to evacuate from Hurricane Delta. We had already lost out home to Hurricane Laura. This home was exactly what I didn't know I needed. After going through the devastation of a major loss I was able to relax here. Everything was perfect, the views, the comfort of the bed, the location. The owner made sure we didn't want for anything, he literally has everything you will need for your stay already in the home. I am looking forward to staying in this home again.

Beautiful & relaxing property!

The place was beautiful and had plenty of space. The views are nice and sunsets were amazing. We brought extra fans, which helped out outside. Large covered patio was great for playing games and relaxing. Would definitely love to go again!

Our family had a blast!

The property has everything! So much space for little ones to run around for hours! There were even more games available than what was actually in the listing. We brought extra cooking stuff just in case we needed it, but it was all there and the cabinets were labeled. It was such a great experience!

Great family getaway place

We went for a family get together for my 40th birthday. The place was amazing and had tons of space. It had ever convenience of home plus some. It was on the cove across from Mill Creek park and a 2 min boat ride to the private dock at the property. It has a great well maintained dock with tons of space. Great fishing in the cove and can swim right at the property. Kids just wanted to jump off the dock the whole time. Only downside was that the next door neighbor had about 7 dogs and they kept tearing up the trash and snagging things anytime we all left for the lake or overnight. I would still highly recommend this property and I will be renting it again in the future.
