The villa is ideally located to explore the coast and interior. You have everything you need in the villa and it's a a comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy your holiday. Plenty of parking space, very close to supermarkets and the pool is a very welcome facility to enjoy!Denia, the housekeeper, is extremely friendly and welcoming and is available for your entire stay should you need to get in touch with her.I thoroughly recommend this villa as a place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful property which provides in anything you might need! It is in a central Côte d'Azur location for visits to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, beaches, lakes and mountains, and it offers full privacy with several nice terraces, beautiful views and a superb and clean swimming pool. Communication with host Gabriel and check in/out with housekeeper Denia was a great pleasure!

Gabriels villa is clean and cozy on the inside and the view from the terrace is amazing. We loved to spend our mornings and evenings enjoying the view.The pool area is highly inviting with enough shade from parasols and a large tree. The pool is well maintened and exceptionally clean.The villa is very suitable for two couples, as it has a bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs.I would definitely recommend this villa to other families and couples.

Great place

Lovely clean house with a great view. Wonderful pool and poolarea. The surrundings offers great hiking, cycling and there was watersports close by. A great place.

We had the most amazing week. The house was spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. The pool was a great size for our family with lovely loungers and pool floats for us to play and relax with. The views were amazing with a lovely fresh smell from the trees in the morning. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There were local bakeries and supermarkets close by. We even did a pleasant stroll along the canal. We normally like to leave some feedback with the host for little things that might improve the stay, but honestly, we can't think of anything. Thank you for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Fantastic property in excellent location

Gabriel’s house was perfect for the week with our family of four. We all loved the house with its stunning views, pool, and peaceful surroundings. Very close to Lac St Cassien with plenty of swimming and water-based activities.

Great family holiday

Great property for family holidays. Very well equipped. Children’s play area much, appreciated by our 3 year old granddaughter, as was the pool by all of us as it was so hot. Several supermarkets within easy reach. We had a very enjoyable week.

Lovely outside terrace, pool and garden. Large lounge and dining area. Extremely well equipped kitchen but it needs more worktop space and some freshening up decor wise.The bedrooms are a little on the cosy size.

A lovely rustic villa

We stayed in Gabriel's villa for two weeks and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The villa is clean and spacious, the pool is an ideal size and it is well located for access to Lac de Saint Cassien, where we spent many days enjoying the watersports. On other days we explored some of the local villages and towns - Mougin and Gourdon are simply gorgeous! A big thank you to the housekeeper Denia, who was so helpful and kind.

Charming Villa, Responsive Host

Everything about the property is actually better than advertised. The pictures don't really capture just how gorgeous the landscape is and also the amazing scents of jasmine, lavender, and other flowers that are planted on the property. This was our first time ever booking through Vrbo and the owner, Gabriel, put us at ease with clear and responsive communication. Don't hesitate to book if this property fits your plans.

Great experience

Stayed in mid August 2024. Property manager was super helpful, accommodating and cheerful. Property was great, as listed, and the location was perfect for us. Pool has nice shady spot if heat gets too much. Great patio area with awning for meal times. Air con made the nights comfortable. Being so close to the lake, we took full advantage of the pedalos and other water sports.

Our stay at Gabriel’s house in beautiful Le Tignet was absolutely amazing. Everything was just like the pictures show, although a bit better in real life than the pictures display. The house was amazing for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids between 6-10). The kids loved the house and the surroundings with the lake Cassien, the 25 minute drive to the beach in Cannes and the 15 minutes to Grasse made our week better than both expected and anticipated. Nothing could have been better, and Denia (the housekeeper) was absolutely fantastic - fun and helpful in every way! Will recommend the house, the area and Gabriel to anyone who wants a fantastic vacation.

Fantastic house in a great location

We recently stayed at this charming holiday house and was thoroughly impressed by its prime location. Nestled conveniently close to bakeriesand ,supermarkets and restaurants. The house itself is cozy and well-maintained, providing a perfect base for exploring the beautiful region. Its proximity to Grasse, Nice, and Cannes made our stay even more enjoyable. A quick drive took us to Grasse, where we immersed ourselves in the world of perfumery. Nice’s stunning beaches and vibrant old town were easily accessible for a day trip, and Cannes’ glamour and festivals were just a stone's throw away. Overall, this holiday house offers a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and access to some of the most beautiful parts of the French Riviera. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore this enchanting area!

Well maintained villa in out of the way location

The Villa was spacious & well cared for however its location left a lot to be desired. In order to buy bread, groceries or even go for a walk one needed to drive at least 20 minutes away. Also, there are several dogs close to the villa that bark incessantly, many times a day/evening. The owner is very responsive however which is great.

I am very sorry that you didn't like the location of our villa. Most of our guests appreciate the fact that our house is in a quite neighborhood. However, the distance to the next grocery (supermarket Carrefour), bakery, pharmacy and other shops is only 900 meters (2 min by car). Why would you need 20 minutes? Walking along the road is not recommended while it is clearly stated in the description of our holiday rental that guests need to have a car. There are many walking trails in the immediate vicinity, actually the walking path along the "canal de Siagne" just behind our house is a well-known attraction. Yes, our neighbors have 2 dogs. Their barking is just a guarantee for safety.

Südfrankreich ist ein wunderschönes Ziel. Der Empfang war herzlich und die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war aussergewöhnlich gut. Das Anwesen ist sehr charmant und liebevoll dekoriert. Die ein oder anderen Modernisierungen würden noch zu einer besseren Bewertung führen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und konnten den Urlaub genießen.

Schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick in die Berglandschaft. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Netter Empfang durch die Haushälterin, sauberer, gepflegter Pool (zweimal pro Woche Reinigung durch Fachkraft). Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer für 6-7 Personen. Das untere Bad ist tipptopp neu, das Bad im Obergeschoss in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung ist auch tipptopp: hochwertige Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Cerankochfeld, Kapsel, Kaffeemaschine und Filter Kaffeemaschine, ausreichend Geschirr etc. Klimaanlage.

Top-Unterkunft für unseren Urlaub als vierköpfige Familie mit Auto. Sehr schön gestaltetes Grundstück, sehr schöner Poolbereich, Terrasse in Südausrichtung mit Blick in die Ferne. Erholsame Ferien mit schönem Poolbereich

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus: die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und die Terrasse lädt Entspannen ein. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und der Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut. Das Objekt entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
