Trailhead Lodge 3107 is a luxurious one bedroom plus den condo that features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances perfect for preparing all your meals and a living area with all new comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and access to the private balcony. The new queen size sofa sleeper is a welcomed addition for extra bedding. Modern barn doors separate the additional den complete with two new twin size beds and all new furnishings. The main bedroom features a new king bed with all new gorgeous bedding and an attached five-piece bathroom with double vanity. Trailhead Lodge 3107 has three flatscreen TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi for your enjoyment. There is also a washer and dryer on-site (detergent provided) for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
