Bedrooms and bathrooms:
Bedroom n°1 is equipped with a King Size bed (180 x 200 cm), with air conditioning and fan, a dressing room, a safe, its own bathroom with a large shower, wc and sink.
Bedroom n°2 is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm), with air conditioning and fan, storage cupboard, as well as its own bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink.
Bedroom n°3 has its own independent entrance, with a small private terrace just in front. it is equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm), air conditioning, and has its own bathroom with a large shower, toilet and sink.

An extra double bed (140x200cm) is located in the Living room. For 2 additional people.

Living room / Kitchen:
The living room is equipped with a beautiful, very comfortable sofa, with a flat screen TV.
The plus = high speed internet (Fiber) and smart TV offering more than 27 local and international HD channels.

In the center, the 100% equipped kitchen, with a bar made of local wood and highchairs.
Equipment: Water fountain (filter), Fridge, microwave, oven and gas hob, small dishwasher, kettle, rice-cooker, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, dishes, kitchen utensils, kitchen bottom ....

In one part of the living room, you will have an additional double bed (140 x 200 cm), with a fan, which will accommodate 2 other people, for a total of 8 beds.
Covered terrace / Pool area
The terrace is equipped with a large outdoor sofa and a dining table for 8 people.
The large Deck around the swimming pool offers you a multitude of relaxation areas with sun loungers, sofas, armchairs, umbrellas ...
The pretty infinity pool overlooking the lagoon has saltwater filtration. Indeed, salt does not sting the eyes and it is gentler on the skin and the hair, which makes it a real "plus". It measures 5m by 2.5m and is 1.75m deep.


To the left of the pool deck, you will find a sandy BEACH area, very practical for games for children and adults.
You will also have an electric barbecue, 2 kayaks and a paddle, an outdoor shower with hot water, 2 lagoon accesses that close with a gate as well as 2 mooring moorings for boats (which you can dispose)
