For those wanting a true Franklin experience, you have found your spot. With plenty of natural light, a throughly clean environment and thoughtful details, you will be able to unwind and enjoy your stay. Conveniently located less than a mile from downtown Franklin and minutes from grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants.

The newly renovated Craftsman Cottage is outfitted with four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are on the main floor, each with soft queen beds and a full bathroom between them. The master bedroom with its soaring, original rafter ceilings is located upstairs, with a plush queen sized bed. Off the master bedroom is a spacious master bathroom. Also upstairs is a smaller bedroom with trundle bed and cozy sitting room. Our kitchen is stocked with all the cookware for making a nice homemade meal. We also provide a coffee maker and a juicer. The bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo and Conditioner and fresh bath towels. There is also laundry on the premises.

We have two parking spaces at the front of the house. Guests who booked are permitted to bring up to four cars. Besides the two specific spots in the front of the house, guests can park in front of the right (as you are looking at it) garage door. The left garage door is designated parking for the guest house in the back.

We are always available for a text or a phone call during your stay! We love the Franklin area and would love to help you have the best possible experience.

We live in a quiet neighborhood that is family friendly. Close to parks, coffee shops and restaurants. Our house is located on a quiet street and walking distance to downtown Franklin. The majority of the walk has a sidewalk.

There is a guest house above the detached garage at the back of the property, that sleeps two. If you need additional space reach out to us about renting them together.

A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 8. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
