You’ll be a 10-minute bike ride from the beach (ideal in the summer given the parking challenges) and an 8-minute walk from the old town. A lovely path along the river will take you to the old town and then on to the lake. <br>Enjoy the sunny terrace and the lovely garden... just a stone’s throw from the historic center, hikes on the Semnoz, and the lake, of course!<br><br>You’ll also have access to our garage, where you can store your bikes if you have them or rent some. The fact that the house has three floors also provides sound insulation… a nice perk, for example, if you’re two families, with one sleeping downstairs and the other all the way upstairs.<br>There are also 3 desks if you’d like to work (remotely).<br><br>There are 4 bedrooms with double and/or single beds.<br><br>Please bring your own sheets and towels.
