Come summer sunshine or winter snows, you'll find an elegant home base in downtown Breckenridge at this condo in Main Street Station. Recently remodeled in 2016, this 1,010-square-foot condo is one of the few one-bedroom condos that comes with a second full bathroom, not to mention new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, a private balcony that overlooks town and Baldy Mountain, and a flatscreen TV in both the living room and the master bedroom. Stroll just a few steps home from the base of Peak 9 each afternoon to warm your toes by the gas fireplace, catch up on a bit of work at the desk, or take advantage of community amenities that include multiple hot tubs, a large outdoor swimming pool, and a well-appointed fitness center.

Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 mere steps from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.

Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.

The queen bed is a Murphy bed in the living area.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wedding trip

My daughter found this place and there was nothing disappointing about it. For what we needed to accommodate Six adults and in walking distance of most everything we did.

Pros: Very spacious, amazing location, convenient parking, ski and boot valet Cons: almost no temperature control, low quality pillows and foldable couch mattress, cheap appliances.

Great Condo. Very Loud location.

This condo was very comfortable however, since there is no AC and it is summer, we had to open the windows. The condo is located right on Main St, overlooking stores, bars and restaurants. With the windows open it was extremely LOUD. We were woken up several times due to loud trucks and noise from the street. Again, the condo was lovely but the location would prevent us from renting here again, especially in the summer (winter is probably better :) )

Main Street Condo

We loved the layout of this condo, especially for a family of four. The location is amazing and the condo was clean and accommodating. The cons were that the kitchen is not fully equipped for a family of four without doing dishes every night and the noise level from 10 PM to 2:30 AM is so loud every single night that you can hardly sleep. I read reviews and thought that I am a sound sleeper and wouldn’t Notice but it was that bad. It wasn’t even like a couple of nights throughout our weekday. It was literally every night.

Main Street Station #2206

When I first walked into the room, my shoes were sticking to the hardwood floor as if some sort of residue was left behind. The bedroom wasn't as clean as I had hoped for (dust bunnies and hair on the bedroom floor). Also, when I turned on the main sink in the kitchen a fowl, sewer like smell started coming from the sink.

Lovely with a few issues

We love this condo and have stayed in this unit many times. Most things were great as usual. Very clean, wonderfully equipped kitchen, fantastic location. What disappointed us was the fireplace did not work and Vacasa offered little to no help and never got back to us when we requested service. When you are skiing in late January and paying peak prices, you really want the fireplace to work! There was also a lamp in the living room that was broken I also felt the sheets were passed their prime and missing the crispness you expect at over 500 dollars a night. All that being said, we do love this condo and will stay again. I’d love to hear from someone re the fireplace because I do feel this is inexcusable without at least offering a credit.

Great condo, frustrating service

We’ve stayed in this condo many times and continue to enjoy it. The condo itself is starting to look a little rough around the edges and is probably ready for a refresh. That said, it’s very comfortable and the location is wonderful. The main shower has zero water pressure, but the secondary shower is fantastic. The bed is comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. The patio needs a good scrubbing. Our biggest complaint is with Vacasa who refused to give us a late checkout of 11 instead of 10. I texted the number provided and was given a response of “nope. 10 is standard checkout.” Nope? Is this a Motel 6? Other then that, fabulous trip.

Trip to Breck

Location was very nice, can walk to lift 9 easily and right on Mainstreet. Walked to nice restaurants and bars. Parking was easy as well. Con, the fireplace didn’t work, and several lamps were not functioning. I found socks under the couch that were from the previous stay. Spills on the area rugs and couch. Felt dirty but on the surface looked clean. Hardly any bedding for the extra beds. Kids were cold at night due to thin blankets. I reached out to Vasca. They sent instructions for me to attempt to fix the gas fireplace. Included using soap to see if there were bubbles to ensure no gas leak. Told them this was not something I felt comfortable doing. They stated they would send someone to fix it and no one ever showed up. This was a review I had read Jan 2023 that lamps, bedding and fireplace didn’t work, they responded to the review and stated it had all been fixed. This was not the case. I do not feel like this unit was worth the amount of money we paid to stay here.

Awesome location!

We enjoyed our mother/daughter stay at this lovely condo - everything was exactly as described. Check in at lobby desk was easy. Location on Main Street made our car-less trip very convenient - Breck is very walkable, and the free bus will help you travel where you don’t want to walk. We enjoyed the patio views of the hustle and bustle of Main Street while watching the snow fall. Having 2 full bathrooms was quite a luxury. I would definitely come back to this condo - it would be perfect for a family of 4!

Perfect Location!

Great home with everything you need. Plenty of space and beds for everyone in a larger group. Located across the street from great bars, restaurants and coffee shops next door.

Great condo!

5 minute walk to base of peak nine was perfect, as was the complimentary boot/ski storage. Gym was great as were pool and hot tub. Condo perfect for our family of 4 with a separate pull out and a Murphy bed for our 2 teens. 2 bathrooms were a welcome amenity. Front desk people were very friendly. All in all was a great place to stay and would do it again!

Great room!

We stayed here while skiing at Breck. Walking distance to Quicksilver lift and downtown. We were very glad the hot tubs were open for operation and relaxed down there every night. We didn’t figure out that there was a pull down bed right next to the dining table until our last night so keep your eye out for that!

Quick get away

I was Viking my daughter who lives in Denver with another daughter from DC. It was a last minute small ski outing with mom and two girls. I wanted to make sure that we stay in a place that is accessible to and from the lift since one daughter had to work even though she came along with us. I wanted her to walk around town and possibly meet us for lunch etc. This place provided all our needs. Roomy and well stocked with all you need. My Denver daughter is already planning a next trip with her friends.

Amazing location!

Condo was in an amazing location -walking distance from everything. Check in process was super easy and the unit was very clean. We will definitely be back again. One thing was you could hear noise from local bars but that’s to be excepted with that location.

Comfortable home away from home

Comfortable home comes with many amenities but also comes with street/restaurant noise. The extra fans being used for white noise doesn’t drown out the street noise. It is located by a major street intersection so all traffic is heard 24/7. With the added noise from the restaurants/bars across the street during the weekends, it becomes a little too much. Otherwise, the condo itself is very nice and great location by Main Street for walking to all shops etc.

Very nice but loud

The unit was very nicely furnished, had everything we needed, and was clean. The host thought of everything including laundry detergent. The unit was very loud with the windows open (no A/C so open windows is best way to cool the unit down). There is a highway and bars across the street. We had to choose between windows open and frequently waking due to noise or a hot unit. If you are a night owl, the location would be great. Families with small children or light sleepers may want to look at units at the back of the complex. Overall a great stay I just wish I was more prepared for the noise.

Nice place to stay but is right in town

Should have checked location better when booked if your looking for a place where you can walk around Breckenridge this would be perfect but place has no air so opening windows towards the busy street with some load people was a little annoying. Other than that the place was a nice! Rooms were comfortable and felt like home. The kids enjoyed a lot of amenities such as the pool Breckenridge is beautiful! Overal was not bad experience!

Nice but loud

This unit is nice and clean, but extremely loud. It overlooks the shopping area across the street, which has live, amplified music during the day and evening, and thumping bass until 2 am from the bars. In addition, the traffic from Main Street is super loud. I never realized Breckenridge had so many purposefully loud cars until this stay. We weren’t able to close the windows at night, to get fresh cool air in, but if you’re staying during a cooler time than the middle of summer, the noise might not be such an issue. A provided portable fan (no a/c) has “Use for white noise” written on it, which was my first clue the noise was going to be a problem. Pool and multiple hot tubs are nice, and location is great. Our group had several rooms, and card key access was spotty for everyone in our group. Hopefully Vacasa will work out those bugs. We were able to park in the underground lot (included with reservation) for the duration and just walked everywhere or took the free public transport.
