Summary:
100 year old historic building completely remodeled in the mid 2000s. Enjoy the 20ft ceilings, exposed brick, and modern layout. Location, Location, Location, you will be able to walk just about anywhere downtown Indy.

The Space:
The third bedroom is an upstairs loft (to access you have to walk up the awkward stairs in the condo). While the condo has a very high ceiling, the third bedroom in the upstairs loft is not standing height.

The Fourth bedroom is twin bunkbeds located at the front of the condo in the main entrance. Only privacy is curtains on no railing.

Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.
Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.
Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 foot.

Overall nice location

Spent a weekend, street is busy and loud. Location is perfect for entertainment and nightlife. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Very responsive property manager.

Stayed for a work event with colleagues. Location was nice being between the Indiana Convention Center (just blocks away) and the Pacers stadium. The layout was pretty cool and it was a fairly secured building (multiple codes to get in). It was adjacent to a restaurant/bar to eat which was convenient. The hosts were communicative and responsive. They were very helpful with getting the YouTubeTV reconnected (to watch the Pacers game) and provided lots of details. No crazy check-out process or clean, which was nice. Typical request to pick up but they took care of the rest. It's like a hotel but with your own suites. The room layouts were unique, so expect a little bit different than the typical separately rooms but that made for a unique vibe as well. We would stay again for future trips.

Location location location

This property is the perfect location for any football or basketball game. Short walking distances and many great food and drinking establishments right outside the door. Owner was great with communication and always answered out messages b4 and after our stay.

Perfect Stay

A group of us were in town for a conference and wanted a place where we could all stay together that was close to the convention center. This spot was perfect! It was walkable to everything conference related, the loft is spacious and nice, and the hosts were incredibly attentive.

Groomsmen wedding day location

Groomsmen for our son’s wedding spent the morning and afternoon there playing pool and getting ready for the wedding. It was a perfect location. The pictures turned out great!

Loft in downtown Indianapolis

The loft was spacious, nice and in a perfect location. It’s a convenient walking distance to all of downtown Indianapolis. The guest relations was prompt in assisting us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this loft & group.

Nationals Volleyball Tournament

We were in Indy for a Nationals Volleyball Tournament. The condo was conveniently located one block from the convention center. There were six of us that stayed and we had plenty of room for more. The property manager was awesome and answered any questions we had promptly. We were able to Instacart some groceries easily but the condo has everything you need to get you stay started. We will definitely stay here again!

Weekend Hotspot

Myself and two teens stayed this past weekend for a cheer comp. The proximity to the convention center was amazing. Walkable even in freezing temps. The condo was very spacious and exactly what we were looking for. Check in was a breeze, and we were even allowed to drop our bags before the official check-in time. The loft space was a perfect nook for my teen daughter. My son took the single bedroom, and I took the double bedroom. Check out was just as easy. We did encounter one issue with the coffee maker, and it was immediately resolved with a new one. Best hosts!!! Will definitely book again.

Location, Location, Location!

Great location! Would be great for a group of adults who have a more active nightlife. Parking garage a block away was slightly inconvenient, but considering it was downtown and FREE parking I wouldn’t complain. The bar scene is lively and music and noise can be heard from the condo. However, noise machines provided in bedrooms really helped cancel the noise. Communication from property manager was great. We didn’t need anything from them, but I felt like if we did they would have been readily available. Overall, we would stay here again!

Great convenient location

We are a big family and we were wanting a place big enough to sleep our whole family. We also wanted to be able to walk downtown without having to worry about parking. The condo did sleep everyone, but I wouldn’t recommend it for smaller kids. The bunks don’t have railings and the loft, although super cool, have dangerous stairs. (We had a kid fall down) Location was perfect for walking around! So close to everything. If you go on a weekend, just know it’s surrounded by bars and is very loud at night. The place was great and fun but maybe not my first pick with younger kids!

Mixed Review

The location of this property is excellent - it is in a great active bar/restaurant part of town and within walking distance to the convention center, town center, and nearly everything you could want. The place is nice and the common areas are very spacious. Here are the negatives: -The upstairs 'loft' bedroom is a very tight squeeze for multiple people (even one person) with very sketchy stairs -The common bathroom would not flush and despite multiple requests and attempts the manager did not get it fixed -When we left something of value, despite constant emails, we got half-baked responses and ZERO follow-up

Hi Dustin, We found a earrings stuck in the bottom of toilet after you checked out. We tried fixing the toilet twice during your stay. Both times we thought it was fixed. Again I am super sorry about that. We looked for your kids retainer three separate times with no luck. If anyone has any questions about the loft please just ask. We are very transparent on the loft and show very accurate pictures.

Great location, but can be loud (both outside and inside)

We had a group of students staying for a conference. The hosts were awesome and provided everything we needed and were very responsive. It is in a louder area which is not really a problem but several people were woken up due to noises outside from the street. Compounding this issue is the loft-style which means only one sleeping area is completely separated from the rest of the apartment. That means any noise made in the apartment can carry into the sleeping areas. This isn't a problem if everyone goes to bed at the same time, but can be an issue if you are not: like with a group of college students. The hosts provide some noise machines to help with this and it really isn't their fault. Overall, can be noisy but the hosts are great.

False Advertising

I would have given this place a 5 star rating had the listing’s pictures shown the actual furniture that is in the condo. My mother has fibromyalgia, she has to have somewhere comfortable to sit and relax. We searched and searched for a place that had a good looking couch with recliners so that she could be comfortable without hurting. This place showed a huge leather couch sectional with cup holders and reclining seats. That IS NOT what is in this condo. The couch was a sectional but it was broke down and very uncomfortable. No recliners and the seats were hard as bricks tilted forward or sunk down into the floor. It was VERY bad. Needless to say, my mom left in immense pain and she is currently on a heating pad and unable to work today due to her experience at the condo. And, it wasn’t just her, we all left stoved up and had a very hard time being comfortable while we were there. Other than that, the condo did NOT disappoint. It was absolutely beautiful and spotless clean. We loved the vintage look to it and everything else was accurate to the pictures. It is huge. Plenty of space for a large group. Parking is a little unhandy, but not terrible. I would recommend this condo to anyone and would stay here again if the couch was updated to something that people can relax on. The communication to the owner was seamless and everything was spot on, except the couch.

Weekend Getaway in Indy

Great condo in the heart of downtown Indy. Easy access to all the great restaurants, bars and the stadium, but also a great place to hang out and play games.
