Welcome to your vacation rental at the Les Hauts des Issambres Residence.
The house is located in a gated community with a magnificent, large COMMUNAL swimming pool, tennis courts, a volleyball court, a basketball/soccer court, a playground, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, and a dining area surrounded by greenery.
All these areas offer a magnificent ocean view.
ALL OUTDOOR AREAS ARE COMMON AND NOT PRIVATE
The beach and numerous shops are just a 5-minute drive away.
Charming 100m² house with 140m² of outdoor space, facing southeast, offering a magnificent ocean view from the living room and balcony. Very bright, it’s ideal for enjoying a wonderful vacation in the South.
It has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a 140x200 double bed, and one has an 180x200 bed. There is also a work area in one of the bedrooms. Wi-Fi access is provided. The house has reversible air conditioning in the living room and the two bedrooms with double beds. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and includes a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, 3-burner induction cooktop, and a dishwasher. Dining area in the living room and on the balcony with a view of the sea.
A laundry area completes the property, featuring a washing machine, a dryer, and a shower. Finally, you’ll have access to the lower terrace, furnished with lounge chairs and a 6-person hot tub measuring 2.16 in diameter. Free parking is available in front of the house and within the residence.
IMPORTANT.
The house is spread over two levels.
Only the first floor is available for rent. The garden-level apartment is occupied by the owner outside of his working hours.
Each unit has a separate entrance.
The sunken terrace is located at garden level (the owner passes through this area to enter and exit his home).
--> A MANDATORY CLEANING FEE OF €220 MUST BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL TO RECEIVE THE APARTMENT KEYS (This fee covers cleaning services provided by a professional cleaning company as well as linens [cleaned by a dry cleaner] to ensure you arrive at a clean and disinfected property)
Linens are provided for the entire duration of your stay (no changes during your stay unless reserved in advance for an additional fee):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 duvet cover per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath towel per person
- 1 bath towel per person
- 1 bath mat
- 2 dish towels
DURING YOUR STAY:
--> Please notify us in case of damage or breakage.
--> Be sure to close the electric blind in windy conditions to prevent it from breaking.
--> Do not use the piano in the living room.
BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE! We kindly ask that you:
--> Empty all trash cans in the apartment before your departure.
--> Gather all the sheets and towels in one place (returning them to their normal condition).
--> Return any items and furniture that were moved during your stay to their original locations.
--> Wash and put away the dishes, and empty the dishwasher.
--> Clean the appliances (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.).
--> Cleaning the Bathroom.
--> Disposing of or Taking Any Opened Food Items
If the accommodations are left dirty, we will charge you the following fee: €150 upon checkout, in addition to the mandatory cleaning fee charged upon arrival.
In the event of loss of the provided keys or access card, or damage to a key, access card, or lock, the costs of replacing the lock and providing duplicate keys will be the responsibility of the guest.
