On the first floor (no lift) of a 19th-century villa, you’ll find all the comforts and facilities you need for a pleasant stay in this lovely one-bedroom flat.

It comprises a combined living and dining area with a fitted kitchen, a lovely double bedroom with wooden flooring, a separate shower room and a separate toilet.

Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels are included
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as washing up, tidying away crockery or taking out the rubbish.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between:

- self-check-in: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located 450 metres from the station and a 15-minute walk from the property, or a 5-minute drive away; the nearest bus stop to the Keycafé is ‘Sécurité Sociale’ (lines 2 and 8).

- a face-to-face check-in: in this case, you’ll be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who’ll show you round the flat and hand over the keys.
