- Our insurance includes a waiver of recourse against tenants for accidental damages. The tenant declares, under the terms of the lease, that he is relieved by the landlord of his rental liability resulting from Articles 1732 to 1735 of the Civil Code and that he has, in the lease, waived the exercise of the recourse provided for in Articles 1719 and 1721 of the same Code.
