Close to Agen city center (15min) and Walygator/Aqualand park (5min).<br>Nestled on the heights of the charming and authentic little village of Aubiac, in a quiet area, our estate offers you a top-of-the-range cottage with beautiful services ready to welcome you.<br>Located in the middle of the Lot et Garonne, you can discover this magnificent department by exploring the many hiking and horseback riding trails near your accommodation.<br><br>The accommodation:<br><br>Our cottage, completely renovated of about 200m2, offers you beautiful services with a large fully equipped kitchen/living room, a very bright veranda, a small cozy living room, 3 large bedrooms and a smaller one. A bathroom with a large bathtub and two walk-in showers.<br><br>An 8x4 swimming pool out of sight is entirely dedicated to you during your stay! Sheets and towels are included in the rental price.<br><br>We welcome riders with their horses. <br>You will have at your disposal a large fenced and electrified meadow of 2 hectares where you will have the opportunity to make paddocks. A shelter of about 70 m2 will be available to your horses in the meadow.<br>The price is 15€ per horse per day.<br>Ample parking is available to park vans.<br><br>Shared parking<br><br>Our gîte is limited to a maximum number of 6 people. If this number is exceeded, either on arrival or during the stay, the owner is entitled to refuse guests or charge 50€ per person per additional night or ask for an extra charge for the stay.
