Please do not let trash build up inside. Cans are by the garage. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Load the dishwasher before you leave.

Before leaving, please strip all bed linens and place them on the floor of the bedroom and leave dirty bath towels in a pile on the bathroom floors.

No alcohol or drug parties. Quiet after 11pm. This is a family complex. Host reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time.

Weekend at the beach

House was very clean, Beds were comfortable, Kitchen had everything we needed. It was a nice weekend getaway, highly recommend.

Perfect place for us

This property was just right for our group. Comfy beds, lots of towels and lots of natural light. We really enjoyed the porch, too.

Interior of condo was great and exactly as designed and a great space for a group of 8-10 people and provided a great stay for a beach weekend, towels and linens were great and the bed was comfy. Location was in a less than desirable area of Wildwood unfortunately and across the street from a “hotel” that always seemed to have activity going on. Wish the place had a better lock system (code lock for the front door and then the condo door just had one key) for guests to have more seamless access.

Great condo!

Condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. Property managers were very friendly and very responsive. We had a pleasant stay and look forward to booking this unit again in the future.

Nice and convenient to whatever you need

Had a nice long-weekend stay with family. Short walk to everything we needed. Management was very responsive to a couple small issues and easy to contact. As long as you can do the stairs (we were on the top level), nice for the price.

Fam and friends beach weekend

We stayed here for 3 nights. The listing was accurate, the condo was roomy and pretty clean. It had a great view of the Friday night wildwood fireworks and was an easy walk to the boardwalk. The owners were very responsive to messages.

Excellent!!

Beautiful condo that’s close to two really good restaurants (Poppi and Dogtooth Bar and Grill). It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach too. The place is clean and has all of the amenities you need. Loved it and Connie is a gracious host! Would love to stay there again!

Beach time

Great vacation to bring the kids to experience the boardwalk & beaches of Wildwood. The unit was on the top floor and had everything you need.

Nice get away

We had a nice time. All though the neighborhood had more a party scene. Inside the condo was beautiful and peaceful. Connie and Robert were very friendly easy to work with. Our family had a nice stay.

4th of July Holliday condo

Condo was on 3rd floor with tight stairwell. Elevator was off limits for use. Needed some upgrades but big enough to handle our crew. Door codes worked all the units. Not great security. Plenty of parking in garage and driveway despite owner blocking part of driveway.

Girls weekend

House was beautiful. Neighborhood wasn’t the best but not the worst. Only thing our group didn’t like was when we checked into the house, every single door was unlocked which made our slightly uncomfortable. Overall, great experience

Thank you for staying as guests at our Condo. We hope you enjoyed yourselves. The reason we leave the doors unlocked is so it is easier for you if you are carrying up things to the 3rd floor. Sand Soccer

My daughter had a sand soccer tournament in Wildwood so we made it an extended weekend getaway. The condo was as expected from the online description. Connie was helpful. Parking was a little tight but workable (street parking available as well although not sure if overnight parking is allowed). Garage parking is also an added perk but I had a turtle top on the roof of my vehicle so couldn’t take advantage of the option. The location is near many restaurants and stores and only a few blocks from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

It was such a pleasure staying at this property. Upon arrival, we received all the information in regards to accessing the property. To our surprise, the condo was stocked with cleaning supplies, disinfectants, detergents, towels, and so much more. The condo is beautiful and was perfect for our family . It is very spacious and my family an I were very comfortable. We met Mrs. Connie she was very sweet and welcoming . Even when my family made a little noise during game night, we did not receive any complaints. In addition, this is the perfect place to bring your family. Although, my children ran at times no one complained below. We had a great time and would definitely not only recommend staying here but we’ll be back to visit again!
