Beautiful Beach Home with Private Pool & Hot Tub Near Beach Access

Welcome to Sea-Esta – Your safe bet for a family vacation! This home was built in 2004 and offers 4 Bedrooms (Sleeps 10), 3 full baths/2 half baths. This is a non-smoking residence with a private pool, hot tub, and plenty of parking space. The ground level features a king master bedroom with a private bathroom, in addition to a spacious recreation room with TV/DVD, refrigerator, washer/dryer, powder room, and wet bar ideal for creating fun family memories. The mid-level includes two queen bedrooms suites as well as a bunk room (sleeps 4). The first queen has its own full bathroom and the second bedroom shares a full bath with the bunk room.
The top level opens to a great room, dining area, kitchen and powder room that will allow your family to gather together and enjoy the ocean air opening to a furnished, spacious sun deck. The ocean views are beautiful from the living room deck with a cup of coffee! Please note that NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

* Area restaurants and stores: Our home is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and family attractions close by!

This is our favorite beach home! Close to the ocean access, restaurants, entertainment, and the pool and hot tub are perfect! The house is fully stocked and we had a great stay.

Outer Banks Family Vacation

Second time staying here as good as first.

This was own second time staying here. Love the location. Walking distance to beach. Surrounded by great restaurants. House is clean and maintained very well. If I had a complaint it’s the WiFi connection not great and some kitchen things(towels, measuring cups and spoons) are missing. But nothing dramatic that would prevent me from highly recommending people to stay here. You will enjoy your stay here.

Great property and nice location

The property was very clean and exactly as indicated in the listing. The refrigerator on the first floow along with a half bathroom was perfect for beverages while swimming after a day on the beach. Two of the rooms have their own bathroom while the 3rd and 4th have a ack and jill bathroom. Everything was spotless and really liked the idea of a private service that leaves the bed linens in sealed bags.

Everything you need for a family vacation!

A clean house with great energy. Both of our families had a great time! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Pool is not very deep and we were able to play pool volleyball. The location of the house is close to the beach. Anything you need is a short walk/bike ride away. We rented bikes and were able to store them in the covered storage space which was good when it rained. The upstairs living/kitchen area was spacious for our families and we sat together to watch movies. The owners were always quick to get back to me with any questions. All in all we had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here!

The place to be for Outer banks vacation

In planning our vacation we were looking for a place that was convenient to the beach and had a pool for the days when we needed a break from the sand, this house was the place, a short walk to the beach access. The house was extremely clean upon our arrival with a well stocked kitchen, had no issues preparing meals, plenty of place settings for the six of us so we weren’t always having to be concerned with washing dishes. The layout of the house was conducive to our family needs allowing enough room to enjoy activities together and places to escape when needed for quiet time and reading. We truly enjoyed the wet bar area with an extra refrigerator on the first floor providing beverages for poolside and hot tub. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to renting here again.

Great stay

I thought the place was wonderful! Great location, responsive owners. I liked that there’s a fridge on the first floor (would be nice if the ice maker on the third floor were hooked up). I appreciated having the outdoor shower and a good place at the front to put beach gear so it was out of sight from the street. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of comfy seating throughout the house. And the check-in and check-out was easy—unlike some places, they don’t expect you to clean the place top to bottom before you leave. I give it 5 stars, but if I were being really picky, these are the things that if addressed would make it perfect (pretty much just minor inconveniences—nothing major!): you have to put the sheets on beds when you arrive (they’re provided, just not on the beds); I don’t think the quilts and pillows shams get washed; you have to bring your own bath towels AND hand towels; there were some spots that weren’t quite clean, like the back ledge of the dining room chairs; there was a constant puddle on the back dining deck; the floor trim covering transitions from floor types seemed to all be just a little loose so socks would catch on the nails; the pool deck railing was loose on one side and the pool gate was bit tough to close from the pool side; many of the window screens were ripped or cut and sliding screen doors were either stuck or missing altogether; the dishwasher leaked (we made sure it was closed completely, but that didn’t help—so we just hand washed the rest of the week).

Fantastic Location

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for walking to the beach & several other locations: Mama Kwans, Miller's, Kill Devil Grill, Stack Em High & much more. Tons of space for 5 adults & 4 kiddos. Plenty of room in the King for a playpen. Dishwasher leaked so we washed dishes by hands but hosts warned us about it in advance. Hosts were easy to reach & responsive. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location. Great house to stay in! Highly recommended

We had a Outstanding vacation using this rental. The house is in a great location. Very short walk to the beach and just off main drag is only short walk away. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The pictures you see here are exactly as it appears. The house is perfect for 6 adults and along with children. There is 2 bunk beds that the kids loved. Big plus was everyone had their own bathroom. Also 2 1/2 bathrooms. One upstairs and one ground level by the pool. Our Grandkids ages 8yr boy and 6yr girl loved the pool. It’s very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was a hit for the 6 adults. With exception of a thunderstorm one night. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. Beach toys are provided. We used our own but some are there if you need them for the kids. They also provided drying racks that we very handy to place you towels on. Another great thing was another frig on the ground level. Cold beverage right there as you leave the pool area.😀 We had two problems we first arrived. Two of the jets on hot tub didn’t work and the oven didn’t work. I contacted the owners and they responded immediately. The Hot Tub jets were fixed and working before we returned to house after dinner. The oven was also attended to and I can say we were very happy. Very appreciative to the Vozenileks. Great host and very accessible. We would stay at this rental anytime.

Perfect house in perfect location

We arrived with two families of 5. The house fit us just right! It was well equipped and just the right amount of room for the adults to get a break while the kids have fun! The house was exceptionally clean and almost everything was in working condition. The cable on the upstairs TV did not always work which was disappointing for our baseball loving family during the Allstars game. However, we didn't come to the OBX to watch TV. We loved the accessibility to the beach. It was a short walk! Finally, we really appreciated the quick response from the owners.

Perfect Family Vacation

The home is beautiful, clean, and centrally located a half block from the beach. Being a first time VRBO user, the host was very responsive to all my questions. Our family had the most wonderful vacation!! My 7 year-old granddaughter said she felt like she spent her vacation at tge Barbie beach house. We all agree it was every bit as fabulous!

Maintenance of the property

We were unable to use the dish washer due to mold on the racks. We had to hand wash the cook pot (dried food on inside bottom of pot and dried food particles on dinner plate). The AC vent filters looked as though they have not been changed for several years. The ice maker in the kitchen area did not work. These items should be general maintenance concerns.

Nice Outer Banks experience!

We loved it. Property is located less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. The house itself was large, so 6 adults didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Kitchen has the basic amenities for cooking which we took advantage of. Lots of great restaurants nearby within walking distance. The pool was a great for when we got tired of the beach -- I didn't think we'd use it but it was awesome. Finally the owners are very responsive to questions. I would rent here again.

Our 4 day stay

The house was clean and had plenty of room for my big family. There were games there for kids to play on the rainy days and the pool was great for for sunny days.. They allowed us to do a partial week which is really had to find going through a real estate company.

Great MDW Spot for Friends/Family Get Together

We had a great time at Sea-Esta with our group of 8 friends. The Wi-Fi is a little spotty for those of us who were doing some work on vacation, but it was sufficient. We took advantage of the convenient pool and hot tub (a must for us), and enjoyed the comforts of this beach-adjacent home during the evenings. Thanks for sharing your home!

Perfect getaway

House and location is perfect for a large family with kids. It was super clean including pool and hot tub and within walking distance to the beach. You will need to get some basic things like paper towels and paper plates but the kitchen was pretty much stocked. The only thing I was unprepared for was there weren't any bath towels or wash cloths so had to go purchase them. Would highly recommend this house!

Convenient location

Pleased to recommend - convenient driving to Fresh Market, Tuesday Morning, Food Lion , Publix (better deals), Tale of the Whale (yummy), Kill Devil Grill, Silver Bonzai (just 10 min over the bridge). Enjoyed deck toward ocean morning sun and shaded afternoon; liked covered deck for sunset s and drizzle rain. Loved 2 refrigerators with 1st floor pool room one making lovely large ice cubes quickly.
