VILLA DE FLORENZA custom home with pool and jacuzzi on fenced acre

Custom home with open floor plan, vaulted ceiling, bay windows, large kitchen with center island, granite counters, convection oven and in house laundry facilities. There are three bedrooms with a total of four queen size beds. Master bathroom has double sinks, double walk in shower and deep soaking tub. Living room with comfortable couches, bistro sitting area overlooking pool, cable television and WiFi.

Access to the property is by entry through electric gates. There are wide paved parking areas with a covered breezeway on one acre of landscaping with mature trees. The patios have covered seating and seating with umbrellas near the pool and jacuzzi. The extended patio has a pool shower with beach towels, pool toys, propane barbecue and fire pit area. The location is near two highways that lead to Death Valley, Las Vegas, Spring Mountain Raceway and Front Sight.

Please note, jacuzzi use is limited due to rising cost of propane.
This property is for adults over the age of 18 only and we do not host parties.

Great retreat at the end of the day

We stayed here for a weekend shooting course at Staccato Vegas. The place was well stocked and very clean. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice treat at the end of a long day. We would definitely go back for our next trip.

I need more stars

The house, the location and the property manager all deserve 10 stars. Easy access to Death Valley, Red Rock, LasVegas as well as an other sites. If in the area again, we’d definitely stay there.

All you need is here!

This home had everything you could need and more. The hosts were very good at communication, accommodating and friendly. The location is very accessible if you want to check out Death Valley. The town has plenty of shopping and amenities. We had a wonderful and relaxing visit.

Birthday out West

Me and my husband and friends are from Wisconsin and we wanted to travel to Vegas but also have somewhere beautiful to stay and this home was the perfect pick. Liz is amazing and there 24/7 of needed. The view is spectacular and you cannot go wrong with a pool and hot tub!! We will 100% be returning to this home when we come back and cannot wait!

Pahrump luxury

Absolutely fantastic stay. A beautiful property with over the top helpful hosts. Highly recommend as a relaxing stay. We staged here for hiking in Death Valley. Coming home to a delightful hot tub and pool after long hikes was just the ticket

Great starting point

This home provided our family with a great point midway between the Red Rock area in Las Vegas and Death Valley National Park. The house itself is well-appointed with modern appliances and beautiful, spacious rooms. The host was helpful with the property itself as well as tips for enjoying to surrounding area.

Great Fit!

Villa de Florenza was a perfect fit for our family of 5 with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house was clean, kitchen was fully stocked and Liz was readily available to answer our questions. We stayed four nights and used this place as our base while hiking in Death Valley (Mosiac Canyon and Dante’s Peak were highlights). The jacuzzi under the stars after our long hikes was heavenly.

Amazing Place!!

This property is stunning and was a prefect place to relax. We had lots of bumps along this trip (none involving the property) , but Marlena, Liz and Faye made everything so smooth! They truly went above and beyond for us..

Great property

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The home is lovely and had every amenity we could hope for. The outdoor space is great for lounging and the pool is beautiful. The owners are very responsive and friendly. We used the home as a base for visiting Death Valley, an easy and starkly beautiful 60 minute drive to the west. Highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

AMAZING

This was a wonderful home and Liz was GREAT. So relaxing. Were from MN so we definitely wanted some sun! The outdoor areas were great for sunbathing and the pool was so nice to cool off. The hot tub was great in the evening when it "cooled off". Would love to go back!

Lovely, quiet, relaxing retreat

Liz, was a great hostess, she greeted us when we arrived, and gave us a tour of their lovely property. We enjoyed returning in the evenings to this relaxing home after a day of hiking and exploring the nearby wineries and parks. It was nice to relax in the hot tub and enjoy each other’s company, under the starlit sky. This home was created with a lot of love and character with every creature comfort you could possibly need or want. Hope to return, as it is a true treasure.

Tranquility in a desert paradise

The beauty of Villa De Florenza is no mirage. This is a five-star property that satisfied/exceeded the expectations we had in place when we booked. The clean, well-stocked, and extremely comfortable home served as a great launch pad for exploring attractions in Death Valley National Park before returning home to cool down in in the pool. Communication/rapid response from the owners was more than adequate and provided a carefree vacation.

Perfect Place in Pahrump

This was a great place for our family. As someone who cooks all meals, it had everything I needed. We used the pool and hot tub - both are great and inviting. The beds/couches were comfortable. Best of all however were the people. Liz, Henry, Shay & family, Marlena and Neil... everyone we met were great and made you feel like part of their group. Their dogs were also a treat! Lily spent time inside and outside with us. She made herself right at home.

Home base for exploration

First of all I would like to say that I was blown away by the incredible hospitality of the host. We know we would be arriving at an ungodly hour, yet the host waited up for us to give us a tour of the property and explain several things. The property was incredibly comfortable for all of us and we truly enjoyed our stay there. We used the place as our home base for exploring Death Valley. It offered total relaxation for us after two long days photographing and driving. It was just lovely. And again, I cannot express my gratitude towards Liz enough. What a wonderful host.

Death Valley

The house has a many different patio tables outside. If you wanted sun or shade or a breeze there was a perfectly set table. The carport helps a lot to shield against sun and for easy unloading. The house is gorgeous! Marlena is a ray of sunshine and a true star. Lots of memories made and your generosity will be forever remembered. 💙

Beautiful property

We shared this property with one other couple and found it to be just as advertised, if not better. The house is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. The property manager lives right next door so she and her husband are there to address any issues you might have. In the beginning of our stay she came over to give us a quick run through the house and to see if there was any questions we might have. The pool was lovely and provided some relief from the hot Nevada temps. There is ample outdoor space to both cook and enjoy a meal. The master has doors leading right to the pool and the en-suite was something right out of a magazine. One of the bedrooms has a bed that both elevates and massages if you're into that. During our 5 day stay we only ran into one issue that could not be quickly resolved. The property manager did take quick action when contacted, but the issue needed a bit more time to be addressed and we understood that. In the end we were compensated for our inconvenience and left feeling like we were treated well. We were in Pahrump to attend a wedding, but if there's ever another reason to come back we would definitely consider staying here again.

As a resident of Pahrump for over 30 years, I have come to relish the peace and serenity of wide open spaces and mountain views. My husband and I have raised two children here and appreciate the small town atmosphere. As a community member, I have been involved with Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, Little League coaching and was a founding member of the Pahrump Valley Arts Council (PVPAC). I have been involved in real estate and property management for the past 30 years.

This house was built in a central area of the valley and it is surrounded by custom homes with large lots and beautiful views and sunsets. My husband and I own the house on the adjacent acre creating convenience in caring for the property and providing five star accommodations.

This property has a pool and jacuzzi (limited use) with covered and uncovered patio areas as well as extensive seating and lounging. There is also a firepit and outside shower and pool bathroom.
The house is very roomy with all kitchen and entertainment amenities and comfortable queen size beds in every room.
