The property was very spacious, clean and in a great area. The house had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pool was very inviting, my grandkids loved the slide. Hot tub was great for the cool evenings.

Wonderful House for Family Gathering

My family had a wonderful stay. The house and grounds are very spacious with amenities for people of all ages. There were helpful instructions throughout the house for operating the movie projector, hot tub, etc.

Our best Thanksgiving house yet

Beautiful property and beautiful house. Wish we were there for warmer weather to enjoy the pool, but watching the world cup and Christmas movies in the theater room was amazing.

Good time away

The house is a very nice property. Spacious and comfortable for a group of friends connecting from all over the US. We ran into a few issues with the hot tub and pool. The host was communicative but it was still an inconvenience as we needed to wait for repairmen etc. Enjoyed the surrounding area and privacy the home provided. Would recommend!

Excellent property!

Alise was great and responded within four hours when not on the property to answer any questions. Data before the stay and during the stay it was within minutes. Fantastic manager. The houseā€™s dining room had plenty of space for all of us to sit and eat/play games with room to spare. The sitting room was great for our mini dance party for just us to sing, dance and laugh to music from our HS days.

Great getaway

Loved the kitchen, pool and outside area, theater room, master bedroom, hot tub and shuffle board game. Lots of rooms inside to relax in. It was nice and private. We all had a great time! We ate at Yours Truly in Hudson. The food was excellent and portions were huge! Our host was Alise and she was great. Answered quickly and even had videos to show how to do things in the house.

Family Vacation

Beautiful house and perfect for our multi generation family vacation. We enjoyed all the amenities to the fullest. Hired a photographer to take family pictures one day followed by a catered Italian dinner. Loved the Pool with cabana. Made us feel like we were at our own exclusive resort. Our down time was spent in the movie theater with comfy chairs for relaxing. Perfect vacation!

Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful time. 4 families together under one roof. We did not feel like we were ā€œon top of each otherā€. We had warm weather so the pool felt great! Truly enjoyed the Theatre as well. Communication with the owner was great. :-)

Family Summer Fun

This property is well appointed. It was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 5 children - ages 6 and under. We prepared all our meals in the beautiful kitchen and ate outside on the deck. Excellent Family Vacation

We loved this beautiful property. Alise, the property manager is prompt and pleasant. All questions answered almost immediately. The check in was effortless. This is a huge home which allowed all 14 of us space, yet be together as we wanted. The weather was unseasonably hot so the pool was a real hit. Itā€™s bigger than many home pools which allowed everyone to have space. The kitchen is well appointed and while I brought several large pots and serving dishes I did not need them. We used the gas grill ( works well). Proximity to grocery stores is a tad of a jaunt but you have a huge house and yard so no complaints with an extra few miles. Thanks for making our family vacation a hit.

Very comfortable for a large group

We had 3 families share the house and it was perfect. Each family had their own space. The kids loved the hot tub, media room, and playground. The kitchen allowed for home cooked meals and space for us to all eat together. The property manager was available and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Enjoyment of Cuyahoga Valley National Park with friends

The property was perfect for an annual getaway of five couples. Location was perfect, about 6 minutes, to the park for hiking and biking in the morning and relaxing in the pool in the afternoon. Property is close to Cleveland for trip to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to groceries, restaurants and many parks. Property is clean. Kitchen is well equipped with all that is needed to cook a meal for 10 adults. We did not use the hot tub, but did take advantage of watching movies in the theatre. Alise quickly responded to any questions we had before and during our visit. We would definitely stay here again on out next visit to the area.

Beautiful home and private location. House is a little dated, outside needed some attention. Grass was eight inches long in places, bushes were growing out over the walkways. Weather was dry, no reason lawn service couldnā€™t have been there. Jungle gym was held together with ratchet straps. Fingerprints all over sliding glass doors, crumbs all over couch on main floor. Had to call for paper towels and a broom which were locked away instead of being under the sink and in the laundry room. These are issues not necessarily the home owners fault but the lawn and cleaning services. Alise was very helpful and replied to all our requests and questions quickly. Hopefully the service companies will be contacted and the issues addressed.

Great property and owners

The place was excellent and we had a great time. Huge house, well appointed kitchen, lots of different rooms to hang out in, the theater was fun. The property was also beautiful with woods, a creek, deer watching, and a fire pit. We had four young kids and there was so much for them to do, like ping pong, a closet full of toys, swimming in the spa, etc. The cribs in two bedrooms were also a bonus. However, it is important to know that the house is not childproofed at all. The owners helpfully brought zip ties so we could close the main doors to the in ground spa area but there was still another door to get around, through the gym, which couldnā€™t be locked, though thankfully that knob was sort of broken and hard for kids to open. Only other thing to note is that the train is very close by and about every hour it rolls through with horn blaring. I got used to it quickly but we are from the city so we may have been less sensitive. Overall a fantastic trip and we would love to see it in the summer!

Beautiful Spacious Clean Home!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. We had 10 adults and 2 children and had more than enough room! The house was very clean and its absolutely beautiful. The white carpet throughout the house is a little intimidating with a group this large but we kept shoes off and limited eating/drinking to the kitchen. The dining room has white carpet and white cloth chairs as well so we ate meals in the large kitchen at the island. The young adults and kids took over the theater and hooked up their Xbox and we watched several movies. The hotub was very clean and relaxing. We got to watch several deer in the front yard. There was a light on in the attic that is inaccessible to guests so we all made up ghost stories about who might be living in the attic lol. The surrounding area is full of adventures and activities for the whole family. Fun & Stuff was a huge hit with the kids since the snow tubing park was closed due to warm temperatures. And of course the national park had great trails, waterfalls and adventures for us to explore. We'd love to come back and stay in a warmer season to enjoy the pool.

Peaceful Palatial Getaway

WOW! This property, house and pool retreat is how the other half lives! Beautiful all the way around, secluded at the end of a wooded cul-de-sac and so very peaceful. Our party of 3 were so impressed by the enormous space of this dwelling, and able to have our privacy when desired. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs, the master suite included, which the bathroom alone is amazing and a big shared bedroom separated by pocket door in the walk-out family room/basement. Double staircases both to the upstairs and basement living, so you can definitely get a work out navigating from floor to floor. The glassed in hot tub on the basement level is like a greenhouse oasis, and the connected shower/bathroom is convenient for hot tub and pool traffic. The pool area receives sun from dawn to dusk, is well stocked with tables, chairs, lounges and easily accessed from 2 sliding patio doors in the basement walk out. The Media/TV room is large yet cozy, and the oversized electric recliners were so comfortable that more than one of us drifted off to sleep on movie nights. From the grand foyer, to the multiple sitting areas, formal dining and huge kitchen, this place exceeded our expectations. Clean, well maintained, plenty of towels for personal and pool/hot tub. Scrumptious restaurants within a couple of miles for pick up or delivery, as we never wanted to leave to dine out! Our host, Alise, was pro-active/responsive for check in/out. I highly recommend staying here for the few or the many!
