The house is located in an old village in the municipality of Locmaria, in the southern part of Belle-Île.
It can accommodate 5 people.
On the first floor: living room, small sitting area/office, fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area, and a separate restroom.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, one bedroom with two 80x190 cm beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed), one bedroom with a 90x190 cm bed, a shower room (sink, shower), bathroom (sink, bathtub), and a separate toilet.
