Privacy of the village, dedicate maid, good position of the village which is only a few hundred metres from Poltu Quatu (where it is possible to rent boats and dinghies, attend a diving, fishing, water-skiing school, etc.).
The house is about 2 km from Porto Cervo, Baia Sardinia and all the most famous beaches (Cala Granu, Liscia Ruia, Liscia di Vacca, etc.).
In Porto Cervo and Baia Sardinia there are supermarkets, a shopping centre, fashionable shops, chemists and any other services that you may need even night life.

A warm welcome into a lovely house

The house has all the comforts for an enjoyable vacation and the hosts are very welcoming. Great location next to incredible beaches and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful yard- Death threats from owner

The property has a beautiful yard and kitchen has everything you need to cook. The outdoor space wraps around the neighbor's unit, so she's right beside you if you're outside at the same time. The maid met us at the house for check-in & gave all instructions in Italian. We tried using Google translate but it didn't keep up to her. We rented this house with my elderly parents and 2 young kids. We chose it because other reviews said it was child friendly & had a fenced yard. The stairs are open with no railing and railings in the loft are wide enough for a small child to slip through. We kept our toddler downstairs. Most of the furniture was covered in white cloth coverings or light colored pillows - not great for young kids, but all were removable & washable. We enjoyed the stay and extended for an extra night. The maid came in several times while we were there to show us different things & accept cash for the extra night. She met us at the home & went inside when we checked out. At no point did she tell us there were any problems. One hr after we left, the owner Ed called my phone screaming that he was going to hunt me down and kill me for destroying his house. He said even if I changed my number he would find my home and kill me. I kept asking what was going on, to send me pictures and hung up when he wouldn't stop saying "I'm going to kill you". My wife and I were really shaken up after the call. He and his wife then sent pictures of the home with the unmade beds, dirty towels we piled in the bathroom & rinsed (not washed) breakfast dishes in the sink & small marks on some coushins. I told her I wasn't going to speak to Ed, after his threats but would calmly discuss any concerns with her. She said we didn't return the house to how it was and it would take 4 days to do laundry. I don't know if she wanted us to wash the linens? Minutes later they charged a significant damage fee on top of large cleaning fee & claimed the house was so unhygienic that it needed 4 days' cleaning. Conveniently there were 4 days before the next booking. A few days later she said got a fine from the city b/c we didn't sort the garbage properly, but wouldn't send us a legible pic of the ticket. I tried to phone her, but she wouldn't accept my call. We've rented many private homes in several countries and never had an experience like this. It would be useful to have written instructions for the home and refrained from death threats to resolve issues.

Non posso ringraziarla , John , come facciamo di solito . La casa abbandonata come una stalla, vasi artigianali rotti. Neanche le piccole attenzioni supplementari che riserbiamo ai nostri adorati ospiti ( frutta fresca, bibite, latte etc ) sono servite ad assicurare un minimo di rispetto e le norme base di educazione, Senza commenti . Esperienza da dimenticare .

Herbstferien in Nordsardinien

Ideal gelegenes, sehr gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit schön gepflegtem Garten. Das Haus ist gut unterhalten, die Besitzer (nicht vor Ort) stehen jederzeit mit Ratschlägen und Informationen zur Verfügung. Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche dort. Zum Flughafen Olbia ca. 1h Fahrzeit mit dem Auto, Supermercato in nur 5 Minuten Fahrzeit, die Küste mit vielen tollen Sandstränden rasch erreichbar, auch das interessante Landesinnere (Gallura) ist nicht weit. Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Süßes kleines Bauernhaus

Das alte Bauernhaus mit seinen vielen An- und Umbauten ist schön auf den Bergen über Poltu Qualto gelegen. Es hat eine große Veranda und eigene Liegewiese. Die Betten 5 und 6 eignen sich nur für Kinder. Die Küche ist für alles toll ausgestattet, man kann dort auch richtig kochen. Schade eigentlich, dass es in der Nähe so viele gute Lokale gibt. Die Eigentümer tun alles, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Vielen Dank.

Thank you for your opinion... only, we are obliged to specify something about the beds in the house. In the house there are , n. 6 beds. - in the main bedroom there is a double bed: size m. 1.80 x 2.00 - in the room next to the living room there is a comfortable double bed/sofa: size m. 1.70 x 2.00 - in the mezzanine there are n. 2 single beds: each one, size cm. 90 x m. 2,00 These are the standard European bed/sizes and we don't understand why you state that the beds are for children ( ? ? ? ) Moreover, in the numerous reviews related to this house no one guest has made this kind of observations on the size of the beds.

Schönes Ferienhaus an der Costa Smeralda

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (15/13) zwei sehr schöne Wochen im Haus Il Lentischio verbracht. Die Vermieter Giannina und Bruno haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt, allerdings schnell und häufig Informationen per Email erhalten. Vor Ort war unsere Ansprechpartnerin Seniora Tomasina, von der wir begrüßt wurden und die uns freundlich die Gegebenheiten am Haus vorgestellt hat. Die Dame reinigt das Haus, spricht allerdings ausschließlich Italienisch, so dass für uns nicht alle Erklärungen verständlich waren. Selten haben wir ein derart sauberes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral an der Costa Smeralda. Der mondäne Ort Porto Cervo ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Viele wunderschöne Strände sind gut erreichbar, ein Auto ist allerdings unbedingt erforderlich. Die Zufahrten zu den Badebuchten sind oftmals abenteuerliche Sandpisten, und die Parkplatzsuche ist in der Hauptsaison nicht einfach. Auch das sollte man vielleicht berücksichtigen. Man erreicht das Haus in einem Village, das sich oberhalb des kleinen aber sehr luxuriösen Yachthafens Poltu Quatu befindet. Von der Küstenstraße aus führt eine enge Straße steil den Berg hinauf. Der Weg ist so steil und einige hundert Meter lang, sodass ein Fußweg überaus anstrengend wäre. Wir haben also auch für den Weg nach Poltu Quatu immer das Auto genutzt. Vielleicht sollte man auch erwähnen, dass der Blick auf den Hafen Poltu Quatu (Foto der Webseite) vielleicht etwas missverständlich ist. Das Foto ist mit Zoom fotografiert und wirkt in der Realität doch etwas ferner. Hinzu kommt, dass die schönen grünen Sträucher im Garten mittlerweile recht hoch gewachsen sind und den Ausblick etwas einschränken. Dennoch ist der Blick auf das Meer und die Insel La Caprera fantastisch. Die Ausstattung im Haus insbesondere in Küche und Esszimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Auswahl an Geschirr und Kochuntensilien ist groß und vielfältig. In der Küche gibt es viel Platz und genug Stauraum (z.B. eine klassische Speisekammer). Die Schlafzimmer bieten Platz für 4-6 Personen, wobei die Deckenhöhe auf der oberen Etage etwas eingeschränkt ist. Es gibt 3 Badezimmer, die alle über eine wenn auch etwas kleine Dusche verfügen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt eine gute Klimaanlage, die wir bei den heißen Temperaturen von fast 40 Grad auch dankbar genutzt haben. Das Domizil bietet Entspannung und einen ruhigen Rückzugsort, auch während der Hauptsaison. Es gibt kein WLAN. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Gemütliches Haus in herrlicher Lage

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen und gemütlichen sardischen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf oberhalb des Hafens von Poltu Quatu mit traumhaftem Blick - vom Garten aus - auf das Meer. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bei unserer Ankunft gab es eine große, reichlich gefüllte Obstschale, Milch und Wasser. Zudem waren einige Lebensmittel wie Tee/Kaffee, Zucker, Salz und Olivenöl vorrätig. Dass es uns an nichts fehlte und alles in Ordnung ist, war Bruno und Giannina sehr wichtig und sie erkundigten sich gleich zu Beginn per Telefon, da sie selbst in Cagliari leben. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt - gerade gegen Ende Oktober sehr wichtig, da die meisten Restaurants bereits geschlossen haben. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 1 km entfernt und gut sortiert, so dass die Selbstversorgung völlig unproblematisch ist. Zudem liegt das Haus einfach ideal für Tauchausflüge mit Orso Diving, diese Tauchbasis befindet sich direkt im Hafen von Poltu Quatu. Es sind ausreichend Handtücher und Decken vorhanden. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine erleichtern die Ferien. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir verbrachten einen perfekten Urlaub zu zweit im liebevoll eingerichteten und wunderschön gelegenen Ferienhaus Il Lentischio oberhalb von Poltu Quatu. Das Haus war dank der guten Beschreibung von Giannina und Bruno einfach zu finden und befand sich bei unserer Ankunft in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, selbst für frische Blumen, frisches Obst und Wasser wurde gesorgt! Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ wirklich nichts vermissen:eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine, Sonnenschirme und Strandmatten sowie selbst eine Kühltasche, Dvds mit -spieler sowie noch vieles mehr waren vorhanden. Dazu gab einen schönen und gepflegten Garten mit Blick auf den Hafen. Die Terrasse lädt zum Essen im Freien ein! Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft gelegen, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in etwa 5 Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall ein Muss! Das Haus ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Norden der Insel, ob nach La Maddalena, St. Teresa di Gallura, Capo Testa etc, es gibt viel zu entdecken. Auch der Besuch des Bergdorfes San Pantaleo an Markttagen ist empfehlenswert. Unser Lieblingsstrand lag etwas südlich von Porto Cervo, etwas versteckt, spiaggia di liscia ruja, wo man mit etwas Glück auch Promis sichten kann. Da es im Haus selbst kein WLan gibt, muss man ins nahegelegene Café Pagi in Baia Sardinia, möchte man Internet nutzen. Wir können Il Lentischio uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen - wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

We've to thank our guests for their detailed description of our house, but also because they was able to describe the bauty of our island... better than us: island that - of course - we love. We are always happy when our guests enjoy their holidays in Sardinia and when they are well in our house, which we prepare comfortably for them; in fact this is our must…and, if they want to come back they will be welcome, both in the house of northern Sardinia, both in the house of southern Sardinia ( see also Homelidays n. 6660644 - CasAmailia in Quartu Sant'Elena ). Above all we thank them because they left the house, clean and tidy, just like it was when they arrived.

Wunderschönes Haus/ Wonderful House

Wir haben mit unserer einjährigen Tochter knapp drei Wochen im Mai in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und uns prächtig erholt. Die oberhalb von Poltu Quatu gelegene Siedlung bietet eine perfekte Ausgangslage um mit dem Auto schnell die unzähligen Traumstrände der Costa Smeralda zu erreichen und den Norden der Insel zu erkunden. Einen Parkplatz für unseren Mietwagen, den man hier unbedingt braucht, hatten wir direkt vor der Tür. Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zudem ist es mit allen Drum und Dran ausgestattet. Zusätzlich haben uns Bruno und Giannina für unsere Tochter einen Hochstuhl, ein Babybett, Flaschenwärmer etc. zur Verfügung gestellt, so dass es uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. (Das Schlafzimmer bietet Platz genug, um das Babybett aufzustellen.) Der an die Veranda angrenzende Garten, schön aufgeteilt und sehr gepflegt, bietet einen fantastischen Blick in den Hafen von Poltu Quatu. Abends haben wir gern bis zum Sonnenuntergang im Garten oder auf der Veranda gesessen und die wunderbare Atmosphäre genossen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und freundlich. Hier wohnen auch die beiden Tauchlehrer Fabrizio und Marzia vom Proteus Diving Center in Baia Sardinia, das wir ebenfalls sehr empfehlen können! Bruno und Giannina sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, waren stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten und konnten uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge geben. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gern wieder. - We spent almost three weeks in May with our one-year-old daughter in this wonderful house and relaxed perfectly. The settlement is located above Poltu Quatu and offers a perfect position to reach the countless fantastic beaches of the C. S.. The house is comfortably and lovingly furnished and very clean. Besides it is well equipped with everything you need. Furthermore, Bruno and Giannina provided us a baby crib, a high chair, a bottle warmer etc. (The bedroom is big enough for the baby crib next to our king-size-bed.) The veranda and the garden are wonderfully arranged, from where you have a gorgeous view onto the harbour of Poltu Quatu. In the evenings, we often enjoyed the atmosphere sitting in the garden or at the veranda until the sunset. Bruno and Giannina are very hostable and helpful and they were always easy to reach via SMS or email. We really enjoyed our holidays in your house and highly recommend it to everyone. We are pleased to come back!

PICCOLO ANGOLO DI PARADISO

Inserzione impeccabile! La casa, in perfette condizioni, spaziosa comoda pulita e soprattutto molto fornita, con il suo giardino, ben curato con vista su Poltu Quatu e sul paesaggio della Sardegna, permette di trascorrere un magnifico soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante. Inoltre la posizione della casa è ottima come punto strategico per raggiungere le magnifiche località della Costa Smeralda. Siamo veramente felici e soddisfatti di aver scelto questo "piccolo angolo di paradiso" e di aver goduto di tutto ciò che questa perla ci poteva offrire.

Siamo felici che abbiano potuto apprezzare la nostra Sardegna e saremo lieti - se lo vorranno - di ospitarli ancora nella stessa nostra casa, o in un'altra che noi affittiamo, alle porte di Cagliari (annuncio Homelidays 6660644). Quaint little house on the hills

We had the pleasure of staying in this house for one week this month. Situated on the top of the hills in Poltu Quatu, it has a wonderful view of the port from their beautifully kept garden. We were able to sit outdoors every morning to enjoy our breakfast with this spectacular scenery. Bruno and Giannina were very kind with their prompt response to our emails and questions. Unfortunately we did not get to meet them as they were in Cagliari while we were up in Costa Smeralda, they made us feel very welcome to their beautiful home. The home itself is small at 95 sq meters, but it is very well organized and decorated. When we came in, there was a basket of fruit waiting for us, which was a welcome sight as we were hungry! We also had bottles of water in the refrigerator. It seems that other guests of the house left whatever they didn't use or finish, and we were able to make use of them. For example, there was a box of ice cream for kids to enjoy, and dish soap and laundry detergent, which came in very handy. Their kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, including a grill, immersion blender, coffee maker, all sorts of cooking pots and pans and utensils. There was plenty of room for 7 of us to sleep, and there were three bathrooms with showers. The single beds and shower upstairs were perfect for small guests (our 12 year old children). There were plenty of clean sheets and towels in the cabinets, there were many table linens, beach towels and umbrella. This house really lacked nothing. There is a supermarket very close to the house in Baia Sardinia, and also a great bakery in that same shopping center where we got fresh croissants each morning. There was no WiFi or internet access in the house (which I think it would be a great addition to the house), but I was able to drive to Ristorante Bar Spinnaker, and they were very very nice to let me use their WiFi for free on one day that I had to work. They made me the most perfect mojito and a pizza for me to enjoy as I worked as well. Thank you again Bruno and Giannina! I highly recommend your home to everyone, especially to families with small children! It was a perfect little paradise.

Quaint little house on the hills

We had the pleasure of staying at this home in Poltu Quatu for one week. Giannina and Bruno were very responsive to all my emails and questions, and when we needed a new gas tank for the stoves, they had someone come out right away, even at 10 pm at night, to replace it with another tank. House is small at 95 m2, but it's very well organized and clean. There were enough beds to sleep 7 people at one point, and three bathrooms all with showers. The upstairs beds and shower is perfect for small guests (our 12 year old children). I tried taking a shower in the upstairs shower, but my 5 feet 7 inches height was too tall for the shower. The kitchen had everything you need, even an immersion blender. Also looks like previous guests left things they did not finish using or eating, so that was very helpful when we arrived. We had a box of ice cream in the freezer for the kids, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. Giannina and Bruno also had a big basket of fruits waiting for us as well on the dining table, which we were very grateful! The garden is very well maintained and they had enough chairs and tables to accomodate all of us, and each morning, we had breakfast outside overlooking the Poltu Quatu. It was exquisite! One thing to add about sitting outside at night...around 11:30 pm, the sprinkler system goes off eacy night. First night, we all got 'rained' on while we were outdoors star-gazing. :-) We really enjoyed our stay at this home and thank you to Giannina and Bruno. I highly recommend this charming house to vacationers.

Summer holidays in Sardinia

We spend two weeks of our summer holidays in this house. It was very comfortable, cosy and clean. We felt like home the moment we arrived. The neighboorhood was very polite. Bruno was very helpful and friendly. He left us some fruits and water. We have nothing to complain about. The location is really good, also if you want to dive there is the ORSO DIVING CENTER, where you can also go on snorkeling trips with the kids. We recommend the house to everyone, who likes to spend some days in Sardinia with the whole family. We for sure will come back :)

liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten 10 wunderschöne Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist liebevoll und absolut komplett eingerichtet. Es wurde penibel sauber übergeben. Wer landestypisch übernachten möchte, ist dort an der richtigen Adresse. Die Vermieter sind sehr engagiert. Ein Auto ist aber absolute Pflicht.

Une maison de rêve dans un coin de paradis

Nous avons passé cette été une vacance inoubliable dans cette maison avec nos deux enfants et leurs grands parents. Déco très soignée, tous conforts et accessoires, magnifique jardin avec vue sur mer, plages spectaculaires à proximité....et un accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire, toujours disponible et attentif. UN GIOIELLINO

Questa casa dove abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana è da definire veramente "un gioiellino"! Particolarmente curata, con una cucina molto attrezzata ed arredata con gusto. Nonostante il periodo di bassa stagione, abbiamo potuto visitare questa zona della Sardegna senza problemi, vista la posizione strategica della casa. Il proprietario è molto gentile e si è reso disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Sicuramente da consigliare per una vacanza in completo relax.

Siamo felici che il nostro ospite e la sua famiglia abbiano apprezzato il nostro "gioiellino" (per usare le loro parole), che effettivamente abbiamo particolarmente curato, ma ancora di più siamo lieti che i nostri ospiti la abbiamo rispettata e amata come se fosse le loro. Vacanza indimenticabile Casa bellissima!!!

La casa è veramente bella(....le foto aiutano a capire ma di sicuro una volta lì di persona vi sorprenderà ancor più!!)dotata di tutti i confort e situata in un villaggio tranquillo a due passi da Poltu Quatu ed a non più di un quarto d'ora di macchina dalle più belle spiagge della Costa Smeralda.Il giardino molto curato ed ampio regala una stupenda panoramica sul golfo della Maddalena,la veranda offre la possibilità di poter cenare all'aperto dando così un'alternativa all'altrettanto accogliente soggiorno....insomma che dire...inutile sottolineare che a noi è piaciuta moltissimo!!!Se a tutto ciò si aggiunge la cordialità e la disponibilità del Sig.Bruno(proprietario della casa)praticamente sempre contattabile per qualsiasi informazione altro non si può che consigliare assolutamente questa casa a chi è intenzionato a passare un periodo di soggiorno in questa spettacolare isola!

Eravamo indecisi se affittare la nostra casa di vacanze nel mord Sardegna, perché è una casa arredata con cura, perché destinata alla nostra famiglia... Ma dobbiamo dire che Carlo, la sua signora e il suo bambino, sono stati ospiti perfetti e veramente a modo, perché hanno dimostrato di considerare la nostra casa come la loro (con rispetto e cura degli interni e del giardino). Siamo felici di condividere la nostra casa con Persone come Loro (amanti anche della nostra amata Isola)

Bellissima casa

Siamo rimasti una settimana in questa bellissima casa, giardino grande e molto curato, cucina molto attrezzata, comodo salotto e camere veramente carine. Al nostro arrivo il proprietario ci ha accolto con un piacevole spuntino, molto gradito. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le meraviglie della costa Smeralda. Questa casa e' sicuramente da consigliare.

Gli ospiti hanno lasciato la casa nelle stesse, perfette condizioni nelle quali l'avevano ricevuta, rispettandola e avendone cura come fosse la loro; non solo, ci hanno avvisato tempestivamente di un problema che si era verificato nello scarico di una doccia: problema che é stato subito risolto.

Bellissima vacanza

Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e dotato di tutte le attrezzature possibili, ubicato in un villaggio tranquillo con posizione strategica per raggiungere le più belle spiagge della Costa Smeralda in pochi minuti di macchina. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere!

La signora Roberta era molto "preoccupata" di essere la prima affittuaria della nostra casa… dal canto nostro abbiamo potuto rilevare con piacere che Roberta e la sua famiglia hanno considerato la nostra casa come se fosse la loro, con estrema cura e rispetto delle cose. Non solo … hanno acuto la sensibilità di telefonarci per avvisarci che l'impianto di irrigazione del giardino, probabilmente, non funzionava bene. Grazie, sig.a Roberta. Noi ci auguriamo, davvero che i prossimi ospiti siano come voi.
