Maison 2/4 Pers Avec Terrasse et Jardin 500m Plage

Hello, we are Caroline and Pierre and we bought this house in January 2021. <br>We redid everything in it ourselves for 4 months. The house has been finished since May 2021 and we are very happy and proud to be able to offer it for rent. <br>We made it a cozy nest and we put a lot of love into the work and the decoration. You will see that the house is decorated on the theme of the sea and beach huts.<br>The house is designed for 2 to 4 people (45 m2).<br>There is a bedroom with a 160 bed (2 beds of 80 joined together that can separate if needed) and in the living room there is a comfortable sofa/bed with a 10 cm thick mattress.<br>The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, fridge, mini oven, dishwasher 6 place settings, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, all the utensils and dishes to cook and even something to eat lots of seafood!), it is open to the living room. You will also find a washing machine.<br>In the living room there is a TV.<br>Leaving the house you will find a large terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.<br>There is an outdoor kitchen (double sink with hot water!), a masonry barbecue and a small garden (on the photos there is no grass yet because we sowed it at the beginning of May, but it should not trade to rise!)<br><br>The land is fenced with ganivelle on one side, and a wall on the other side and behind the wall there are the salt marshes in which there are wonderful walks to do.<br>The house is located in a very quiet area and is 500 m from the beach of La Bosse and the port of Morin.<br>If you would like more information, please do not hesitate to contact me<br><br>See you soon
