The Lakeview House - Pet friendly tiny home on the lake in Clermont

Experience tiny home living for yourself in this beautiful home on the shores of Lake Minnehaha.This cozy house has all the amenities of home in a comfortable and compact design.

The space
Our homes are in a beautiful setting on the lake with many activities to enjoy! Take a nature walk around the lake. Bring your fishing poles and try your luck at the end of the dock. Get some exercise with one of our stand up paddle boards or kayaks. You can even rent a boat onsite or bring your own for an additional fee.

The home is a tiny home at just 399 sq. ft. but comfortably laid out with space for a family of 5.

-Cookware Essentials
- Utensils
-Keurig Coffee Maker
-Toaster

THE BATHROOM is stocked with comfy towels for your use. Also provided in the shower is a shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo.

THE BEDROOM has a queen size bed with closet, dresser and TV. All linens provided.

THE LOFT is accessible by stairs with a railing, no ladder. It has 2 twin mattresses with enough space left to play! It doesn not have full height ceilings. All linens provided.

THE LIVING ROOM also has sleeping space in the form of a sleeper sofa. This is not a pullout and is only recommended for a small child. TV and fireplace.

THE DECK is perfect for reading a book during the day, just taking in the beautiful lake view or for relaxing by the gas fire pit at night!

House is fully electric with AC for those hot summer days and heat for chilly winter mornings. Ceiling Fan in livingroom and bedroom.

No Smoking of any kind indoors, this includes vaping.


Dogs are welcome up to 35 lbs. Sorry no cats.
