Furnished apartment as a second home which makes it very warm, welcoming and functional.
It is the 2nd floor (but easy stairs) crossing and bright.
It is composed :

- A fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, stove, toaster, dishes and utensils)
- A bathroom / WC with washing machine
- A bedroom with double bed and large dressing room mountain view / Pool
- A bedroom with two single beds and dressing view terrace, sea, olive grove, mountain
- A living room with sofa bed, equipped (LCD TV with Freeview channels, home cinema)
- A terrace with garden furniture, beautiful sea view, mountains, olive grove.
The apartment is also equipped with a reversible (air conditioning / heating), fan, blowing in the bathroom, iron and ironing board, cot.
Community pool with key access.

The residence is located in the district Mas Oliva (north of Roses) in full olive grove as the name suggests. Located slightly back from the center, it can reside in peace while being close to downtown and the beach. It is on the hillside and offers views of the sea, mountains, olive trees and pool. A real joy!
It is possible to park without problems down the residence.
The center is at 1000 m (10 minutes walk).
There is a bus station (serving particular Barcelona and Figueras) 1000 m too.
Roses Beach is at 1800m (20 minutes walk).
By car, you can park in the large car park from the roundabout of Bodega Caprabo and then finish on foot to go to the beach or in Rosas.
There are also small free car parks in the center where we often find the place.
The area is very pretty, there are many places to visit.

-Excursions In Barcelona (150 km) or in the Pyrenees (Catalan ski resorts La Molina and Vallter 2000 are respectively 120 and 150 km)
Sigean African -Power reserve in France (100 km), European leisure park Port Aventura (230 km)
Behind the residence, you can walk in the olive grove and climb a little hill which gives you a nice view of Rosas.
In short, you will not have enough to get bored and there is entertainment for everyone!
