Stairs from this level lead down to a part way landing containing a large double bedroom with an additional sofa bed, en-suite shower room and two sets of French doors leading out onto a sea facing terrace.

Further down the stairs guests will find another floor level featuring a fully equipped kitchen and separate bathroom. Descending to the bottom of the staircase, guests enter the spacious open plan dining room / lounge area with two sets of French doors opening out on the main sea facing spacious terrace with outdoor dining area.
