This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this updated, nautical flair vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, upgraded cabinets and light fixtures, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom includes a tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The living room has a TV, DVD player, VCR, and a CD stereo system. The bedroom includes a TV and DVD player.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great location and view

We were pleased with the condo. It was very clean and furnishings were comfortable . We enjoyed the deck and of course the view. The elevators and walkway to the beach were easy access. Also enjoyed the location to bars and restaurants and all the neat little places. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Beautiful beachfront property with a great balcony for dolphin viewing, sunrise & sunsets and privacy. The unit was very clean and updated. The listing is inaccurate though when it states free beach set up. While it can be free that is on first come first serve basis unless you pay an additional 15 per day to reserve a set. Otherwise be prepared to get down to the beach early & run for the few available open chairs that havenā€™t been reserved with the fee. When I contacted management they said VRBO is a 3rd party that doesnā€™t have the full correct information about chair rental policies. Vacasa site does state first come first serve but I didnā€™t book through them. Disappointing that those words canā€™t be added to VRBO. Lesson learned to message host for future stays about ā€œfreeā€ items.

Great condo!

Very clean condo. Great location, very quiet and comfortable. Awesome balcony to sit on and watch the waves or eat. We had one problem with the shower head, we texted Vacasa and they had the shower head changed in an hour. Would definitely stay here again!

Island Echos is a very quiet and clean. The view of the gulf each morning was perfect. And the cabana boys that set up chairs and umbrellas were very kind and helpful. Love that chairs and umbrella were provided since we flew in for the week. We would recommend to others amd plan to return.

Great view but condo needed some TLC

Great view from balcony, but condo needed some updating. Bed (frame and mattress) was terrible. Condo looked clean on the surface, but floors needed to be mopped desperately. The location and proximity to beach are the best parts of this condo.

February week on the beach

Wonderful condo, beautiful view from the balcony (5th floor) to watch dolphins and pelicans pass by. Clean with most of the comforts. There are no extra blankets so bring some if visiting in the winter months. Had trouble getting in the first day, the door combination did not work so needed to call the help line and ultimately get someone to come to the condo and find a combination that would work. The staff was helpful and friendly. Wonderful kitchen, prepared fresh fish every evening (from Stewby's just down the road). Downstairs laundry facilities were great to have available and the pool looked nice but the air temperature was not warm enough to swim. We would stay at this condo again.

Great Stay

We loved our stay at the island echoes 5P. The only reason I gave it 4 stars. Is because the bedroom mattress is extremely hard and not comfortable. When you sleep in the bed you and your loved one slide directly to the middle where there is a large dip in the mattress causing us to slip in it and stay there. The headboard also continuously smacked the wall every time you moved. We needed to use our own batteries for the living room dvd player because the other ones were old and did not work. Altogether had a wonderful time with fantastic views. It would have been a plus if there were full size lounge chairs on the porch, that would have made it extra great! We will be back!

Property Okoloosa Island

Furniture very uncomfortable!! Couch looked 40-50 yrs old, hide a bed broken, the one queen bed was very uncomfortable, mold in bathroom very old stained tub, cracked tea pitcher and was brought one on our next to last day stay and it was a canister storage instead of for liquid for tea. No extra blankets. No tv guide. Could not even get into our room with the code they gave us tried another they gave us still could not then finally the manager gave us her code and we got in. Took us about an hour to finally get in our uncomfortable condo that needs some many updates and replacements!!! šŸ˜”šŸ˜„Only good thing we had an ocean view.
