However, we want to point out what happened because I think it is reductive to write "Neighbors above the apartment were very noisy past midnight. Don't complain to manager, she doesn't care." Maybe you did it on purpose? Yet there are enough characters to write a review. Unfortunately what happened is this: you complained about the neighbors at 9pm and you were told that up to a certain time it is allowed to have guests in the building, especially for those who live in the building and don't party every day but , he lives there. Of your entire week's stay you only complained one evening, then since we didn't do what you wanted, that is, go at 9pm and knock on the neighbors to tell them to be quiet, then you became indignant. Unfortunately we don't live there, we would have had to drive 40 minutes just to go and tell the residents in the apartment to be quiet at a time when it is not forbidden to be quiet. For this reason, for having refused to go in person to knock on the neighbors, you began to bombard us with messages trying to leverage our sense of guilt by telling us that we were not carrying out a good service, that we did not take care of you and all other rather heavy speeches, to which we have always responded in depth and giving you our arguments, also quite disappointed that you had the courage to define our service as inaccurate when we let you in before the check in time without asking you to make the payment or show us the documents because you were tired from the long journey.
