This beautiful, second-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this colorful beach inspired vacation rental include a kitchen with all the appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Both bathrooms have tubs and include vanity, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a TV, DVD player, VCR, and a CD stereo system. The bedrooms have TVs with one bedroom having a VCR.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cute, little inexpensive beachfront condo with a fabulous balcony view! A little ā€œhome away from homeā€ with the basic necessities to have a great time. With umbrella and 2 chairs included on the most perfect, peaceful beach, everything else is an added bonus!

Great Location; Condo 2L substandard

We were disappointed in the cleanliness and general condition of the unit. Dishwasher was non-operation with a sign that it was broke. In the community bathroom, the popup stopper in the bathtub did not work. The bed couch had mold under the cushions and the pull out bed frame. The couch and chair were very worn. Couch extremely hard to get out of as it was so low to the floor. The return vent in both bathrooms were caked with dirt. Plug cover in living room was broken and laying on the floor. Both TVs were small and one in front room only has 1 HDMI port working. I have pictures that i can provide if requested. Paint flaking on ceiling in master bedroom shower. Ceiling near AC vents in dining and living room area were discolored...could be moldy. Right side of ceiling near sliding door to the patio looked like there was a leak (water damaged). Overall for the price we paid, the unit should have been in much better condition. The VACASA staff were very friendly and professional.

Unit 2L was very nice

Totally enjoyed our stay. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen had the right dishes, utensils, pots/pans and an extra empty shelf for dry groceries. Down side, no ceiling fan or laundry in unit. Beach side bedroom is bright at night from pool light. Staff, very helpful!!! Laundry service left no washcloths. The staff bought some and they were in our unit within a couple hrs.

Okay

It is close to the beach. I liked having the two chairs and umbrella included in the condo price. I wish the attendants at the beach would have cleaned up the beach a little better. Some of the other guests were a little loud at times especially with the pool being so close to the condo we were staying in. Overall our stay was enjoyable and the condo itself was nicely furnished.

The beach was great! The condo not so much! The floors were dirty -bathroom ceiling had mold bad!

No issues renting the property- did everything on line & was able to communicate by text with management about the property. The property itself though had an issue. There was major mold on the bathroom ceiling!!

There for the beach

The location was amazing. Easy access to the pool and beach. Checking in and out were easy also. However, there was a bad smell upon entering the condo. There appears to be mold on the bathroom ceilings and bath fans are full of dust. While the kitchen is updated, the living room is not. Has outdated decor and uncomfortable couch. The unit could use some curtains as the sun comes peeking through at 5:15. The laundry room downstairs requires $2 per wash and dry load. Overall, good trip.

The condo was nice. A few things were broken and need replaced. We let office know. This unit is right above the pool, so if you want a quiet spot to relax this may not be the one for you. Kids were playing well into the night. As far as the kitchen, bring baggies or plastic ware, wraps and spices. The pots, pans and utensils were all we needed. The condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Not clean!!

2L was not to our standards! The dishes in the unit were not cleaned well and there was grime on the cabinet handles. There was mold on the ceiling from the AC and the couches need to be replaced! The door to the master shower did not hardly move shut or open and the floor needed a good cleaning too. We have stayed at island echos numerous of times and never have a problem with a unclean unit I am disappointed!

Excellent beach front view and beach service was fantastic. Needs updating new furniture

The condo had a nice kitchen but living room and 2nd bedroom needs updating. The master bath shower door was off track and unable to be used. We let mgmt know that when we checked in they were not concerned. Also inquired where gym was did not give detail location. Pool was nice and beachfront view was excellent. The floor was dirty and sweep immediately after checking in. Also would have been nice to have a list of restaurant suggestions and things to do. Also a written note on what was expected upon check out. I did not read the email about check out till we were already gone. We were on vacation and did not read emails. We did leave the condo in good condition though.

Outstanding views, Outstanding condo.

I've stayed at Island Echos Many times over the years and do love the location. It's been a while since my last visit and and will tell you that this unit was fantastic! Completely updated with all the conveniences of home plus much more! Honestly the pictures in the listing do not give it justice. I will definitely rent it again!
