Make your morning coffee or tea and relax on the connected patio area by the pool. Your room boasts a view of the garden, large yard and pool. You may catch a glimpse of the owner's pet Silkie Chickens. You will love this quiet spot to unwind.

This suburban oasis sits on an acre of land on a quiet street. Sitting on the large patio you feel like you have a resort all to yourself. Feel free to help yourself to lemons from the tree (if in season) or herbs from the garden.

Use the full outdoor kitchen to barbecue or in the winter warm yourself next to the outdoor fireplace. Large outdoor living and dining spaces available for use.

Close to restaurants, coffee, bars, theater, Wekiva River State park, Golf courses, breweries. We are about 30 minutes from Disney attractions.

Dog friendly. We accommodate small dogs under 30 lbs. We do have a minimal pet fee of $20. We love to provide you the opportunity to travel with your furry companion.
All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside in the yard or patio. We do have chickens (which I can keep in their coop as needed.) Most dogs like to chase chickens. :)
We cannot accommodate dogs sleeping on the bed. Please be prepared to make other sleeping arrangements for you pet during your stay.

We have rigorous cleaning standards, you health and safety are very important to us. Every linen is cleaned every time. On top of regular cleaning we sanitize everything that can be touched - Pull chains, switches, door knobs, handles, keypad, coffee handle, cabinet door door handles, microwave oven handle and refrigerator door handle, etc.

Late check out and early check in can be requested but will depend on availability.
