The apartment located in Grafu Building apartment complex located in front the beach . The apartment is on building B, on the first floor and has a elevator from the parking
It has 91 m2 with comfortable furniture, living room with TV and direct access to the terrace of about 5 m2 is overlooking the sea.
The apartment has three rooms, all exterior surrounded by a balcony of about 15 linear meters.
There are two large rooms with a double bed in each, and one of them has a television. Both with air conditioning
In the small room, there is a folding bunk bed with two beds.
The apartment consists of a bathroom and a toilet. It has central heating for the whole house. The kitchen is gas and has a toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge freezer, washer and dryer.
The community area of the building is fantastic for children, we have a playground, where we have table football, table tennis and billiards.We also have an elliptical gym, weight machine, steps and exercise bike where we get in shape all year round with showers and toilets open all year.
The outdoor pool, with adapted stairs, ideal for children open in summer from June 15 to September 15, with outdoor shower and finally, to be able to relax in winter.
The sauna is open from Monday to Sunday from 18 to 21 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 to 14.
The indoor pool with adapted chair, is heated, is available from November 1 to April 2 from 8 to 22 hours. (Not available during 2025)

I will personally welcome you to the apartment and give you the keys.

* Check in will be from 4 pm (16 hours) and until 11 pm (23 hours), after 11 pm there is a supplement of € 50€
Once the time has been set, if there is any delay there will be a penalty of € 20 waiting time

* Check out: it will be 10 am and you will be informed on the day of arrival
If the flat is not occupied, they may have a late check out at 14:00 with a surcharge of 50€ . After. 14:00 till 24:00 will be 15€ every hour
If the apartment is occupied, they may have a late check out with use of the community showers with a surcharge of 25€ until 6 pm
The deposit will always be paid to Vrbo in the first payment.

Community rules:

As a rule you have to respect the rest of the other neighbors, especially at night from 10 pm to 8 am, during this period of time throughout the house and especially the terrace you have to moderate the tone of voice and avoid making noises and this do not disturb the neighbors. If there are some complaints from neighbors or call the police, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the apartment at the same time.
* In the community area of table tennis, billiards, table football, you can not go barefoot or wet.
* The use of a swimming cap is mandatory in the indoor pool
* It is strictly forbidden that someone who is not on the reservation sleeps or uses the apartment or its facilities.

*Animals are not permitted.
* If you lose your keys: 50€ penalty
* Before leaving leave the house clean and tidy. Otherwise 50€ penalty
* It is forbidden to use candles or any other type of objects that can cause a fire in the house.
* The towels that lend themselves to the shower are not beach towels or for shoes to be cleaned ... so please do not use them for that purpose. Each damaged or lost towel will be charged a penalty of 5€/ small and 10€/ large.
