*Nice 2 bed apartment located in Puerto del Carmen just 3 min walk from the main strip where you can find a beautiful sandy beach, all the restaurants, shops, bars, discos, casino, supermarkets, car rentals, taxi stations etc. The apartment has got 2 bedrooms with double beds and sofa bed in a living area. Bathroom with a bath and a washmachine. Kitchen with all the equipments like big fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. Living area with flat screen tv and a good size balcony with a nice seaview. The apartment is located just 10 min drive from the airport.

Almost perfect

The property needed some very minor tlc in areas to ensure perfection eg the balcony furniture is showing age with cracks and splits could do with changing but overall a great holiday in a great location to explore and the sea a couple of minutes walk down the road

Great apartment

Hi Sarka We have stayed in this appt for 3 weeks. We could not be any happier. It was really nice and clean. Well equipped and modern. The views from the terrace are just stunning. Great location close to everything. Supermarket just 10 metres away open 7 days a week. The owner is one lovely Lady who was really helpful from The moment of booking the property. We will be definitely back. We have already booked all month of July next year. Sarka thank you again for a great holiday and we will see you soon. Best regards Ladislav Kubes

Good apartment but lacking the WOW factor.

Good apartment. Outside area a bit small and there is a huge Palm tree outside which blocks the sun from about 2.30 pm. Only one English speaking channel on TV. Would have been nice to have had a small welcome pack on arrival or at least have washing up liquid, cloths and bin bags available for the rate that was charged.

Hi Frances thank you for the comments. I will keep an eye on it. All these things for the Kitchen are usually there. Cloths, washing up líquids, toilette roll and bin bag. My cleaning Lady must have forgotten. Sorry for that. The tree is cut as much as possible and does not spoil the views. The tv i will check again. As the tv channels change every time in original spanish lenguage and it could be changed in few min. I would have change it for you if you mentioned it earlier. Sorry again. Schöne Wohnung mit super Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber und nahe zum Strand. Leider war die Spülmaschine defekt, was bereits seitens der Gastgeberin bekannt war. Hier hätte ich mich über eine Information vorab gefreut. Ansonsten nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Gerne wieder!

Never stay in Calle Azuello 11 again !!!!

We stayed in Apartment 1A. our first week was peaceful and good. On our second/third/fourth weeks the apartment and adjacent apartments below us (1B 2B 3B) carried out major works to their terraces, we had the same last year when we stayed in apartment 3A. I believe it was the owners doing the work themselves we had dust every day on our outside terrace, indoors and on the steps up to our front door for which I had to clean and wash every day when the work stopped which was about 5pm. I did ask the men if they would clean up the mess we had, and was told it was necessary work and just shrugged shoulders and carried on. We had this noise of grinding and sanding electric machines every single day, at times we could not sit out on the terrace in the afternoons or even dry washing, I had to dry indoors a few times. On the Tuesday of our last week an elderly female resident bought out a small stereo player with speakers she placed it on the barbecue stand and played Andrea Bocceli "Time to say goodbye" stood looking up at me on our terrace, I gave a small friendly wave she turned and walked away, this tune was on repeat play, my husband and I went out for the morning thinking maybe she is having a get to gether we came back at 1.30 and the stereo had been put away. We felt it was directed at us as throughout the time there as with last year the residents were not friendly and ignored our Hello's. After that snub on the Tuesday and the never ending noise and cement dust we booked a flight home earlier than planned. Never will book there again. I have photo's from last year in A3 and again this year in 1A of the cement dust we had to clean up every day. which I will send to you if you wish. It was a stressful holiday. Also we had a problem with large cockroaches under the kitchen sink unit, I believe they were coming in from outside behind the sink unit, I kept spraying when I saw any to keep them form escalating in numbers.

Well worth the money

Had amazing time apartment was ok for what we needed really close to town owner came and meet us the next morning very friendly and helpful but we had found out where everything was definitely would re visit

Great apt location is perfect

Had a great week in this apt great location very spacious and clean would book again the owner is so friendly and helpful just up street from the strip a great supermarrket across the street just opposite the spinnaker bar and restaurant good food

Lovely apartment and will return without a doubt.

Apartment is in a perfect location with great views. It has all you need including a washing machine and comfortable beds and pillows .Best places to eat for us are at the harbour where you can get fresh fish. Mardelevas was a favourite and the Tapas bar right by the harbour. On the strip the American Indian Cocktail Bar does very good food and has a great band in the evening called Perfect Circus.

We had a very nice holiday. Puerto Del Carmen has everything to enable a good family holiday.

Our accommodation was ideally located just off the playa and close to our favourite bars and restaurants. It was comfortable and spacious and it has excellent wifi. We would recommend our accommodation to others considering Puerto del Carmen for holiday.

Lovey sea view and beautiful garden.

Great location close to beach. Sarka very kindly let us stay on in the apartment till our flight time on last day. It made a huge difference not to have to pack up early. Like having an extra days holiday. Great having the washing machine too. 👍😄

Great apartment, ideal location

Lovely accommodation. It was great to have a big fridge freezer , dishwasher and washing machine, just like home. Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe and lots of storage space for clothes etc. There is even an iron too. The owner, Sarka, has equipped it really well. Sarka is very friendly and helpful,giving a contact number in case of any problems. I would certainly book this apartment again. Catherine Kane

Great central Location with great views

We had a lovely stay in Puerto del Carmen with Friends , The apartment was clean and 2 large bedrooms with superb cupboard space .Kitchen had everything we needed but we ate out most nights as all the restaurants were close by . Pinocchio restaurant was our favorite place to eat , but there is so much choice . Supermarket is straight across the road which had everything we needed and fresh bakery which was excellent . Great cake shop and the bottom of the road and a place to takeaway a cooked chicken , chips and salad , which we got one night . . You can use the pool across the road in the Cinco Plazas we went therea couple of times and the beach was only 450 yards away down a slight hill . My Partner has COPD so he could walk fine up and down it no problem . Everything then is on the flat so we were out walking most days to the old town. We walked one day to Puerto Calero for Tapas and got the taxi boat back to the old town ,Matagorda is a good walk , great beach there .You can get a bus to Arrrecife the Captial which is a must , 12 euro return for the 4 of us . A Taxi from the Airport direct to Cinco Plaza was just 16 euro which took 10 mins where the taxi stops right outside the apartment it is so easy to find . Sarka was on hand if we needed anything . Apartment had wifi which was brilliant and a Safety Deposit Box so well hidden we could not find it till Sarka showed us . It was also great having the washing machine we would certainly take less clothes next time . Value you for money was excellent and i would recommend the apartment to friends and family . The view from the balcony and the sunsets were second to none, it was better than we expected . Thank you Saraka you will be seeing us again for sure

Lovely spacious apt

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! The proximity to beach and shops, the lovely gardens surrounding the apt which was clean and modern. The owner was very warm and welcoming and just about to book again without the children in tow. Spent a lot of time on the balcony which had fab views of the sea
