This apartment is located in a dominant position on a hill of the esterel so to access it you will have to take an outside staircase.

You will arrive on a wooden terrace which gives on your left, your apartment, and on your right the well maintained garden, where deckchairs, dining table and parasol will be waiting for you to take advantage of the beautiful summer evenings.

The large swimming pool and the hiking departures are located 5 minutes walk from your holiday resort.

There is no private parking space with this rental, but you will have no trouble parking because there is a large car park 40 meters before the stairs to reach your apartment. Of course, to unload your personal belongings, you can park temporarily at the top of the stairs.

Maure Viel, Mandelieu la Napoule sector, ideal location between the sea and the Estérel hills, west of Mandelieu. The quiet, green and secure area has 2 entrances, one "land" side and one "sea" side the second gives direct access to the port of La Rague, where the beaches of Maurin and La Raguette will be waiting for you to enjoy the sun of our region. You will also find a promenade by the sea, a beach volleyball court, restaurants etc... The nearest beach is 2 km away.

A large shopping center is located 5 minutes by car from the estate.

Palais des Festivals de Cannes is 11 km from the property, while International Museum of Perfumery is 25 km away. The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, 37 km from the property.

All spaces in this apartment are for travelers, we will ask tenants on each arrival to take care of the premises.
Love has been put so that you spend your most beautiful holidays so thank you for respecting it.

A deposit of 200 euros collected will be requested on each arrival and will be returned no later than 48 hours after your departure if no damage or breakage has been observed. In this case, part or all of it may be retained.

The Domaine de "Maure Vieil" is located in the heart of the Estérel massif and in a dominant position on the heights of Mandelieu la Napoule and gives you the benefit of an unobstructed view of the bay of Cannes and the surrounding hills. This closed and secure domain has a swimming pool, tennis courts, a bowling alley and paths for hikers and mountain bikers. This estate has 2 entrances, one on the Mandelieu town center side, and the second on the port of La Rague and its sandy beach.
It is an area offering calm and tranquility while being a few minutes from amenities. Ideally located 10 km from Cannes and 3 km from the sandy beaches.

Mandelieu la Napoule, capital of the Mimosa, is the first golfing destination on the Côte d'Azur and the first nautical centre. Privileged destination for all those who want to indulge in the pleasures of relaxation and the most varied leisure activities.
