One of the home's best features is its central island location. Golfers will especially appreciate being directly across the street from the clubhouse at Ocean Creek Golf Course - an easy walk when it's time to tee off. The beach is less than three minutes away by golf cart, and the home is also within walking distance of Davis Love Park, a favorite spot for families with playgrounds, basketball, sand volleyball courts, and recreation areas. From this central location, all of the island's amenities - including dining, pools, marina activities and recreation - are all easily accessible.

To make getting around the island easy and fun, every stay includes the use of a complimentary 6-seat electric limo golf cart, perfect for trips to the beach, amenities or exploring Fripp.  Additional golf carts may be rented for an additional cost from Beaufort Carts. Coffee lovers will appreciate both traditional drip and K-Cup coffee makers.

Guests staying at Sea Moore Fripp have the option to purchase guest cards to Fripp Island Resort, which provide access to many of the island's amenities, including resort pools, golf, tennis, dining venues, and additional recreation.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
