Our stay was fantastic! From the moment we arrived the staff was very inviting and kind. Our room was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked.

Pictures are FALSE- bait and switch warning!

The pictures showing of this condo are NOT of the condo actually rented. The ACTUAL condo has a master on the backside of the condo facing the parking lot and lots of foot traffic to other units, so you can't even open the blinds if you want privacy. There is a desk with a microwave and a desk fan and a ton of electrical cords all over the place so it feels like a dorm room (and an electrical safety hazard). The master bathroom is so tiny you can barely turn around in it. The second bed is the one facing the lanai and there is no TV as shown. The orientation of the condo is completely different than listed, and the kitchen is smaller. The carpet is dated and in terrible condition- felt gross to walk on with bare feet. The master bedroom also has a separate lock on it so I guess it can be rented separately, so every time you close the door you have to punch in 6 digits to get back in. The beach is as pictured and beautiful, and the place was clean, but not nearly as nice as pictured. I contacted My Perfect Stays and they gave me 250 for my "disappointment" which does not at all cover being lied to and fraud, or the diminished quality of what I thought we were renting. I contacted VRBO and they will do nothing. Big WARNING!! Do not rent!! We tarveled for 15 hours with kids in tow to get there, and had no choice but to stay.

Perfect Stay

This condo was perfect for our small group of two adults and one teen. I liked the privacy of having a separate room that was very quiet. I dont normally like staying with ither people, but the dedicated bedroom was perfect. When the door was closed i couldn't hear anything from the rest ofthecondo. The location couldnt be beat. The beach was so perfect we never felt the need to seek out another. I will be back. benever

Amazing Location

Fantastic condo with everything you need for a great family vacation. Market is helpful for days when you just donā€™t want to leave the property. You canā€™t beat the pool and beach. 10/10 would recommend!

Fabulous view. Clean unit. Easy check in. Attentive on site and remote staff Every possible kitchen appliance supplied if you choose to be a master chef. We did not. Maybe next time. Great unit and great location

Great stay. The website pictures are reflective of actual condo condition. We would have no problem renting here again. The only slight negative was the living room air condition struggled to get the house cold at night. The bedroom AC was fine. Thanks again from beginning to end on all the communication.

Perfect location!

My family of 5 had the best time here! The condo and location were perfect and had the amenities we needed and wanted for our first time in Maui. I only wish the fitness center and restaurant were open to enjoy, but looking forward to seeing what it looks like on our next trip out there.

Amazing stay! Couldn't have been better!

We had the best imaginable stay. The condo unit is clean, bright, and elegant. The balcony view is absolutely incredible with dozens of whales jumping regularly. The local tourist boats bring people to snorkel directly in front of the property because amazing turtle and fish sightings abound. Staying here, we could walk to these snorkel access spots and watches turtles from the shore. Tons of great restaurants and a range of shopping districts a short drive away. We truly loved our stay.

A Truly Perfect Stay!

We've been staying at the Mana Kai since 1986 and Unit 810 proved to be one of the best we've ever had! The condo was clean and ready when we entered and the minor issues we encountered were promptly addressed by the staff. What a pleasure to have upgraded kitchen utensils and culinary equipment as well as dishwasher and laundry soap! Thank you for making our stay in our home away from home relaxing and comfortable - we will return!

Lovely Unit with two completely separate bedrooms, each with individually controlled A/C. Great views and easy access to mile-long beach for swimming, snorkeling, and sunset watching. The only thing that could have been nicer would be a later check-out time.

Fantastic waterfront property

We enjoyed our stay at 810 Mana Kai. The unit itself was immaculate - sparkling clean with a fantastic view. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was awesome. Weā€™ve snorkeled right off the condo and saw turtles as well as a nice coral reef and schools of fish. Thereā€™s equipment rental as well as a general store serving alcohol among other items šŸ˜€ so it was nice. There were nice restaurants nearby (e.g. Monkeypod) We canā€™t wait to come back to this property - especially for a longer duration.

Location & View!

We felt this property was the best of all worlds. The view is amazing, the location was convenient, and it is a huge bonus to be right on the beach. No hassle to get to the beach, no long walks/packing up the vehicle for the day, etc. Being able to run up to the room from the beach is a huge plus. The place itself is basically two totally separate rooms but it works perfectly fine. The main suite is nicely decorated, updated kitchen and appliances and a good bathroom. It is smaller than it may appear. If you have lots of luggage as we did, this area may not work if you like to have your suitcases laid out for easy access without impeding into the living room. And if you close the sliding wall that bedroom becomes quite tight. The second bedroom has more overall floor space but its bathroom is tight. Beds were comfortable. Another huge bonus was that it came with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a bunch of other beach toys. The views were great. We did see whales from the lanai but they were all a long way out. Hard to see turtles from the lanai. Great view of the beach, ocean, Molokini, etc. The building itself is nice and it was super convenient to have a rental store in the building. $25 for a SUP for 1 hour ($35 for 2 hours). Your might be able to find better deals but the convenience of only carrying your rental 100 feet to the water is hard to beat. The only nitpicking is that the place is maybe a little worn in places and the cleaning is subpar but that didnā€™t detract from our stay. Overall, weā€™d definitely stay here again.

Great location and spectacular view

There were 6 of us, 3 adults (one grandparent) and 3 teens (13, 15, 17). We felt we had enough room with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen came with everything we needed. And the unit had 4 beach chairs, boogie board, an umbrella and plenty of beach toys. The location is nice with the beach and grass right there, as well as a trail along the beach going north. Itā€™s also a very short drive to a lot of shops and restaurants. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was amazing!

Vacation

I came to Hawaii to run the marathon on Honolulu but wanted to see other islands as well. This place was absolutely stunning and right on the ocean that allowed for great nights on the lanai! It was very clean and the host was very helpful with all items including letting us know places to eat and other activities that made our stay at Maui very nice. Thanks for a great place!

Gorgeous view. Canā€™t beat the location.

Wonderful experience at Mana Kai. This is a top floor unit with top notch views of the beach, ocean, and Molokini Crater. Spacious unit with two full baths was a plus for our group. We enjoyed mornings in the large lanai, and were just a few short steps from the beach when we wanted to be. The 808 General Store in the first floor was open and came in handy for quick supplies. Canā€™t wait to come back.
