This was the second time we have stayed at this beautiful villa (see my previous review). It is an upmarket, private and spacious villa and is very quiet. Stunning Villa

We had a wonderful stay at Baan Jintana. I can only agree with the previous reviews. The house is large and stunning. Everything is extremely up market and the pool is the largest and best private pool we have ever had. The house is situated on an exclusive private estate overlook a beautiful golf course. Susie (the house manager) and her team look after your every need. Susie is an excellent cook. If I owned this beautiful house I couldn’t bear to rent it out. Hopefully we will be back. Nice design villa but a bit old and not so clean

The villa is nice but the place is a bit old and not so clean. Luckily we brought our own helper so my helper ended up helping to clean the kitchen area. The owner is kind. He is easy to communicate with and accommodating. The food was OK so we ended up going out to eat. Overall, we had a nice stay. The villa design is great for family gathering. I guess the last reviews I read were over a year ago (2018) and the place and management has change since then. The pictures look better than the actual place.

Dear Khun Nin, thank you very much for your review and great that you enjoyed your stay at our villa. We regret that you felt that not everything was as clean as you expected it. We usually have 3-4 permanent staff on the premise and unlike with other private villas room service , cleaning etc is included in the villa price. My staff has informed me that you took the decision to send our gardener, pool cleaner and our maid/chef home after the first night as you were asking for full privacy. We fully appreciate your wish for privacy. However, I wished you would have let me know about any of your concerns so my staff could have fixed it. We only have had 5 star ratings on homeaway and other rental sites and it is my utmost wish that our guests feel happy at Baan Jintana. Best regards Dirk

Speechless

When me and my friends saw this house for the first time live, we were speechless! Me and my seven friends lived in these amazing house. We lived in the house for nearly four weeks and can't not complain about a thing. Our goal with the trip vas to play a lot of golf. And of course it's no problem to do that when you lived on a good golf course with great service and a lot of golf courses around. Thanks from a happy customer /Mattias Lindberg

Fabulous villa overlooking golf course

The villa was charming. It was clean and very spacious with a fabulous terrace, pool. It has an idyllic, totally peaceful outlook and a multitude of quiet places to sit and to eat. We were a family group of 4 couples plus an infant and the villa was perfect for our needs. It is a little remote - but between the golf cart, the comfortable car we were able to hire on a daily basis and the truly fabulous meals that Lily produced throughout our stay - its location was not an issue. The flip side - being able to watch family members tee off on the 8th hole and then putt out, from the terrace, garden and pool was very special. Susie, the housekeeper, was a delight and so accommodating. There were a couple of communication issues but we always found a work around. Together with Lily, and the owner who promptly answered so many questions before we arrived, they form a talented team, who made our stay so enjoyable. Only suggestion- upgrade the pool towels.

Beautiful Villa, Amazing Owner and Staff. Absolutely Perfection

Words will not do justice to this but I will do my best. The villa is absolutely breathtaking, the architecture, decorations and lighting give you the authentic Thai setting but with a modern feel that makes it feel real but still so comfortable. The beds are fantastic, the bedding superior and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. An amazing place to relax and rest for the a adventures to follow each day. The downstairs open plan kitchen and living area are perfect for all you may need but we honestly didn't spend a minute inside the living area as with a half Olympic swimming pool (which is not salt water it is perfect) and the amazing outdoor seating and dining areas you wouldn't even want to be inside. This villa is heaven on earth! Now for the service, second to none and over and beyond all possible expectations. Dirk was constantly in communication to me with suggestions, advise, help on the area and how to navigate. He didn't need to do this but he chose to because he is just a great guy. Then we have Suzy and the team on site, so polite and curious as well as helpful to the nth degree. You won't even see them unless you want to but we greatly appreciated seeing them and getting advise and help. Not only this but the extra mile they went to, repairing a dress at an hours notice in time for a wedding then delivering it to the venue, ordering food to the villa, arranging rental vehicles, organising taxis. This was a holiday of a lifetime, the location of the villa alone allowing us guys to get onto the course at 6 or 7 am to be done by the time our partners woke up. Not to mention the course is one of the most beautiful I've played on. We will be back and I truly can't wait for it! Thanks to you all from the bottom of our hearts!

Wundervolle Villa mit perfektem Service

Diese prächtige Villa ist ein Schmuckstück in Hua Hin und absolut uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Aussenbereich: Der überdachte in warmen Holztönen gehaltene Aussenbereich mit Aussenkueche, gemütlicher Sitzecke und grosszügigem Esstisch sowie dem großen Aussenpool war das uneingeschränkte Kommunikationszentrum unser Reisegruppe. Hier wurde lässig am grossen Aussenpool relaxt, dank der ausgezeichneten Kochkünste des Housekeepings wunderbar gespeist (ein herzlichen Dank an Khun Buklit) und im Anschluss lange Diskussions-Nächte eingeleitet. Innenbereich. Die modern eingerichtete Küche, die in das ebenso grosse, komfortabel bestückte Wohnzimmer übergeht sind beide mit weissem Marmorfussboden bestückt und mit mehr als ausreichenden Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet. Ein grosser Flat TV Bildschirm inkl. internationaler TV-Kanälen runden das Unterhaltungsprogramm dieser tollen Villa ab. Schlafzimmer: 4 grosse Schlafzimmer, die meisten mit En-Suite Badezimmern und 1 kleineres Schlafzimmer haben uns jederzeit eine angenehme Nachtruhe beschert. Die per Fernbedienung zu steuernden Klimaanlagen funktionierten einwandfrei (und ohne nervige Lautstärke) und haben die jeweiligen Räume auf die gewünschte Temperatur gekühlt. Sauberkeit: uneingeschränkt und tadellos rein Essen: wir hatten für den ersten Abend ein thailändisches Essen von der Hausspeisekarte bestellt, und es wurde uns ein so tolles Mahl zubereitet, dass wir entschieden haben, fortan nur noch in der Villa zu essen. Aufgrund des auf Sauberkeit bedachten Personals und der Frische der Speisen sind keinerlei der für Europäer typischen Magenprobleme aufgetreten. Kommunikation: Das Housekeeping spricht ein sehr gut verständliches Englisch und gewährleistet eine reibungslose Kommunikation. Der Info-Austausch mit dem Vermieter per Email bzw. auf Wunsch per Telefon geschieht innerhalb kürzester Reaktionszeit und ist als perfekt zu bezeichnen. Lage: Die Immobilie befindet sich auf dem Golfresort Palm Hills und aus dem Garten sowie von der Terrasse im 1. Stock hat man einen Blick auf das 8. Grün und die umliegenden Villen. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder, wirklich jederzeit.

Fantastic place - better than the pictures

We were a group of eight people who stayed at the villa for 11 days during christmas 2018. The villa is amazing and far exceeded our expectations. The owner was very informative prior to and during our stay. The house staff was exceptional and we highly recommend that you take advantage of the maid service. We also had the house staff cook dinner almost every night as the house staff were great cooks and we literally did nothing, not even the dishes. The maid service included cleaning every day, washing and folding of clothes and all kind of niceties during the day. The house staff were extremely helpful with arranging transport, masseuses and arranging tee times at the golf course. Booklit, the house manager was exceptional and pampered us during our stay. The only thing we found lacking is that all the rooms had queen or king beds which is unsuitable if there are people staying who are not couples and wish to sleep in separate beds. All in all, a fantastic house with exceptional house staff.

Magnificent Villa

Our experience was fist class from start to finish. The villa is stunning, extremely spacious and in excellent condition. The Manager greeted us on arrival and with 1 other staff member helped us unpack the car and immediately made us feel welcome. We were fortunate to have excellent weather so utilised the pool and outside area most of our time. We took advantage of the cooking service and were rewarded with very tasty Thai food and BBQ's and bye the way, there were no mosquito's! I should also mention that communication with the owner was excellent replying in a matter of minutes. All in all the best villa experience I have had.

As beautiful as the pictures!

The property is stunning. The pictures are a true representation so you will not be disappointed. We had a wonderful 3 nights making use of the outdoor grill and eating area. Which was just wonderful. The house feels very homely and comes with all the amenities you will need. I am not sure if it was time of year, due to spraying, the location or what, but I should point out that we had no mosquito bites or bug problems. We currently live in Bangkok after years in Kuala Lumpur so being able to sit and eat outside without being eaten alive was a lovely surprise. They have a local manager who is fantastic. I really can't thank her enough. Not only did she offer to come out at close to midnight to fix a small problem (we mentioned it to the owner thinking we would be contacted the next day) but she also borrowed a pump for us for our kids pool toys. Overall I highly recommend this property. It really is as impressive as the pictures. Has gorgeous views and despite being very quiet, it is close enough to supermarkets, hotels etc should you wish to venture out. Given the size and quality, I feel it offers good value for money. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. Also excellent communication from the owner and his team from start to finish. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, David and Family.

Perfect paradise

the stay at dirk's place was great. The villa was as expected and even better. My family and I had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the surroundings of Hua Hin thanks to dirk's tips. He has been a very available host. The staff at the house took great care of us and our children. The staff cooking was delicious. We look forward coming back. I highly recommend this villa.

Villa 8. Green

Villa am Green 8 Wir haben unseren Urlaub vom 18. Dezember 2016 bis zum 4. Januar 2017 im oben genannten Haus verbracht. Die Villa ist vier Jahre alt und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Die Wohnküche mit einer Größe von circa 22 × 10 m ( ca. 220qm ) ist mehr als geräumig und mit einem schönen Ambiente ausgestattet. Trotzdem haben wir die überwiegende Zeit auf dem überdachten Freisitz zugebracht. Hier weht, aufgrund durchdachter Architektur, immer ein laues Lüftchen und man muss sich nicht der Air Con aussetzen. Zwei der fünf geräumigen Schlafzimmer sind mit stylischen Betten ausgestattet, deren Bettfüße ich als Zehen Killer bezeichne. Wenn man dreimal dagegen gelaufen ist hat man gelernt Abstand zu halten. 4 regelmäßig erscheinende Frauen, eine Gärtnerin sowie zwei Pool Boy s sorgen für die notwendige Sauberkeit. Eine Dame Namens Ploy hat sich liebevoll um unsere Belange gekümmert und uns, sofern wir es wünschten, wohlschmeckend und reichlich bekocht. Ein paar Tage vor Urlaubsantritt hat sich der Eigentümer, Dirk Siewert, mit mir über WhatsApp verbunden. Alle meine Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und es sicherlich noch einige Zeit dort ausgehalten. Aber die Pflicht ruft. Der Blick vom Haus aufs achte Grün ist super. Noch viel schöner ist jedoch der Blick vom 8. Grün auf die Villa. Die Grüns sind schnell und die Teiche sind Ball hungrig. Ab 6:20 Uhr kann man Abschlagen. Und ab 15:00 Uhr ist eine zweite Runde zum halben Green Fee möglich. Fazit: Ein wunderschönes geräumiges Haus in bester Umgebung. Geeignet für Gruppen von 5-10 Personen die gerne Golf spielen und Relaxen möchten.
