Our home has an unrivaled 150 foot flat private Lake Michigan beach. Beautiful large open floor plan accommodates large families, retreats and reunions.

Sleeps 24 comfortably (4 Kings, 2 Queens, 12 Twins). 4 King bedrooms with ensuite baths. 6 and 1/2 baths.

ADA compliant ramp allowing access to main floor. Accessible bathroom on Main floor with roll in shower.

Gourmet kitchen with dual built-in Monogram All-Refrigerator and All-Freezer. Convection oven with microwave. Coffee bar with expresso machine. Spacious pantry with additional fridge. Plenty of seating around the large dining room table (12), kitchen island (4)and bar (4).

The Main Floor features the Kitchen/Dining/Great
Room/Bar with icemaker, fireplace and sprawling views of Lake Michigan. Main floor also features the master king bedroom, queen bedroom, two baths and access to an additional bedroom over the garage.
Large covered deck with a gas fire pit and an additional 24'x36' open deck, is just off the Dining Room on the Main Floor. A gas grill is off the kitchen for barbequing. Large outdoor table seating for 18 is on the deck.

Lower level features a second large gathering space includes a bar, large TV, and game table with 4 chairs. There are 3 king bedrooms with baths, one half bath and laundry area. Walk out to the beach.

Outdoor there are 4 Kayaks, 1 paddle board, Gaga pit, hammock, Adirondack seating, beachside deck and firepit.
Child swings, a second hammock and a porch swing are located under the deck with a view of the water. Outdoor shower located at the base of the deck to wash away the sand.

The large, smoothly-paved circle driveway provides parking for 7 cars and many hours of biking fun for kids. Use of the 3 tandem bikes and several single bikes are there at your disposal. A ping pong table can be found in the garage.

For security, Ring doorbells are located at front door, garage and attached to the deck viewing the lake. Decibel monitors are in use on the outdoor deck and inside home. They do not record audio.
