From the moment you walk into the condo you will fall in love with the gorgeous views of Lake Pepin and understand why people enjoy coming to Lake City area.

Whether you are standing on the large deck, the beautiful great room or either bedroom, the views are truly beautiful all times of the year.

This is a spacious 1,350 square foot condo featuring a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family area, fireplace, deck and laundry.
The open kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Dishes and glassware provided for 8 along with cooking essentials, coffee maker and toaster. Kitchen towels, dish and dishwasher soap provided. Seating provides for 4 at the island and 4 at the bar height table. The table also provides an excellent work station overlooking the lake views.
The spacious master bedroom has access to the deck, a large television, master bathroom, a king bed, a sofa and chair. The sofa is a sleeper bed with a queen memory foam mattress.
The second bedroom has a television, queen bed and also features a great southeast view of the lake.
The family room features a gas fireplace, large screen television and a leather sectional with an inflatable Sealy Posturepedic queen size sleeper.
The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. Towels and hair dryer provided.
The second bathroom has a shower and the laundry closet. Towels and laundry detergent provided.
The deck provides a Weber gas grill and plenty of seating to take in the views.
The building also provides access to the roof top where you will find tables to sit and relax at while enjoying the panoramic views of Lake Pepin and the surrounding bluffs.
You are sure to see several bald eagles during your stay.

We had a very nice time. Everything was updated and the TV's had plenty of entertainment options when we weren't out and about. Loved the Jacuzzi in the bathroom and the kitchen was great as well. Thanks for the stay!

Beautiful condo overlooking Lake Pepin

This condo truly is as nice as it looks in the picture. Also, the owners provided everything needed & left easy instructions to help make our stay comfortable. The condo is very clean & nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching all of the water activities on Lake Pepin and walking the path along Lake Pepin. There are cute shops and plenty of places to eat in the area,

The condo is spectacular with a view to match! Lake Pepin is truly a ā€œwonderā€ of the world and the location of the condo gives the ultimate vista. There is a lovely patio to enjoy any time of the day or night. The condo was nicely furnished and spotless. The owners were very easy to work with and helpful. We will be sure to seek this property out again in the future.

Beautiful Lake Pepin View

We had a lovely week celebrating birthdays. The condo was clean and spacious. When not exploring the area, we spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the view (the only negative is the road noise, but the view and location more than made up for that). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and tools for cooking, and even had some food basics. Having a washer/dryer meant we did not have to pack as many clothes. We have been to Lake City many times, and this condo met all of our needs and expectations. We will be back!

Clean, great view, plenty of space

Very happy with our stay during roller coaster weather patterns of rain, wind, cold, and warmth. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen were well stocked with towels, dishes/cookware, and even binoculars to watch the eagles. Easy access in/out of the building with a door code and key left by owners. A quick call was all that was needed to enter through the locked lobby doors initially. COVID, no-contact friendly. The view out to the Lake is great, but the main road outside the balcony with truck traffic was a little noisy.

Fall Visit to Lake City

We enjoyed nine days in this beautiful condo. We appreciated the nice furnishings and the well stocked kitchen. We like to cook many of our own meals, so a nice kitchen with complete set of cooking utensils and staples is a must for a vacation rental for us. The furniture was lovely and the beds were comfortable. It was a home away from home for us. Lake City has so much to do. We enjoyed walking from the condo to the downtown and local eateries, and also walking along the lake shore trail. We are outdoors people so there were many area parks, state parks, and natural areas for us to take long walks and enjoy the fall weather. We took a half day pontoon boat ride on Lake Pepin one day and enjoyed watching the flocks of pelicans. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful condo in a beautiful small city!

Best rental experience ever!

My family and I have rented owner properties around the country for years and this was absolutely the best experience yet! The kitchen was extremely well stocked for us to cook a holiday meal. The fireplace, the view, the spaciousness of the unit, it was absolutely phenomenal. Even my picky adult children were impressed. The owners took extra steps to help make it an incredible holiday home away from home. Most highly recommended!!

A Great Stay With Beautiful Lake Views

I stayed here for a month with my parents during the summertime, and we absolutely loved it! From the get-go, Steve was extremely responsive with any request or question we had. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well-stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed waking up to stunning views of the lake, going for walks around town, and grilling out on the balcony. Also nice was every room had a TV with several streaming options ready to go. Even more pluses: the building had a great rooftop area and fitness room. If youā€™re thinking about staying in Lake City, donā€™t hesitate. It is a wonderful gem of a town, very laid back, with friendly locals and plenty to do. The nearby towns were fun to explore as well. We were definitely charmed by it all and are looking forward to future visits!

Family Fun in Bluff Country

Our family of three had a wonderful stay at this condo in Lake City. It was the perfect location to explore the Mississippi River bluffs on both sides of the river (MN/WI). The property was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the views of the Mississippi River after a day of exploring and hiking. Steve, the host, was super responsive and made everything easy to navigate. The rooftop deck was a particular favorite; including panoramic views of the river and the nearby bluffs. We'll be back!

Lake City R&R

This Lake City condo is a very nice, modernly appointed get away. Check in process and access to the property was very easy and quick. The condo is very spacious for a 2 bedroom condo and well appointed but not cluttered. We found that everything we needed was provided with all the little details thought of. We cooked several times in the condo and enjoyed the grill as well on the porch a couple of times. Although March weather isn't the best we certainly enjoyed the lake view from the condo while relaxing, eating, and watching basketball. We would definitely stay here again. In the area we also enjoyed skiing at Welch Village and Afton Alps and enjoyed a nice hike at Frontenac State Park along with several meals at local restaurants including a great mexican dinner at Fiesta Jalisco. Also the lake front has a great trail for running, walking, etc. Very enjoyable get away spot.
