The Space:
Brand new top of the line everything. Beautiful quartz in kitchen and bathroom. Dramatic recessed LED lighting. Luxurious rain shower feature. Shower with separate temperature and volume controls. Two large closets. Laundry available in complex. New appliances + cabinets. included!

Assigned parking spot included. Incredible location walking distance to Music Row, Midtown, Vanderbilt, Demonbruen St. and so much more!

Guest Access:
Entire Apartment - But there are other units in the complex, so please be respectful of the neighbors!

The Neighborhood:
No rental car needed! Walking distance to Midtown or Demonbruen St. where you'll find local watering holes like: Winners/Losers, Red Door Saloon, Rebar, and Kung Fu Saloon! Or... Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and visit the famous Honky Tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, Printer’s Alley, and Country Music Hall of Fame for around $5-7 one-way!
Our personal favorite Honky Tonks: Acme, Robert’s, Tootsies, and Paradise Park

Getting Around:
Uber or Lyft are the easiest forms of transportation to visit areas outside of walking distance!

Great Location, Adorable Place

The apartment had some updates since the photos were taken. We were pleasantly surprised with the new decor. Location is great, we were able to walk to mid-town, Broadway and a variety of other locations. Host responded very quickly to any questions we had!

Cute Little Apartment

This is a cute, little downtown apartment close enough to easily walk to plenty of bars and eateries, but far enough away that it is quiet. My husband and I stayed with our two teenage daughters. The apartment was centrally located, allowing us to easily drive all over Nashville and several surrounding towns. We were not only here for vacation fun, but also looking for the area in which we want to eventually move. The owners were very helpful and responsive. No issues with our stay at all. The apartment was clean and neat. I would potentially suggest bringing your own pillow if you're like me and need a certain type to sleep well. There were two for each person, but they're the thin type and I struggle with those. That's more on me than the apartment as I usually bring pillows to hotels for the same reason. Overall, great stay!

Ok place

Bathroom way too small. Hard to move in it. Few cleanliness issues. Beds ok. They had foam type topper which helped. We had to Uber to downtown. Too far to walk. Large screen with projector tv was fine. No tv in bedroom.

Not Luxury

The property was described as being a "luxury" Music Row apt; anything but luxury. I compared it to a Super 8 motel for our 4 nite stay as I've stayed their motels years ago that were better than what this was. There was no ice from the fridge or water as the filter needed to be changed. Do not plan to cook in this property as it's the worst stocked kitchen we've had using VRBO. The shower was broke & while water came out, it was not hot water or warm; as well as the drain did not drain the water from the tub. This was not a hot water heater issue as there was hot water at the bathroom/kitchen sinks. The comforters on the beds looked as if the hadn't been washed in a couple of uses & be sure to take your own pillow unless you like sleeping on what they have as pillows which needed to be thrown out over a year ago. As I stated there was nothing luxury about this property. We typically stay at 4-5 star hotels but wanted to have a kitchen option with this trip but this kitchen didn't meet our need to cook for ourselves. This may be a property that would work well for someone younger than us (55-70) as they may wish to honky tonk their trip but we were hoping for a relaxing place to rest after day activities as well as a place to enjoy each other during a birthday trip which the living space did not allow for comfortable seating. It just seems as if the property is not being kept up with cleaniness nor maintenance.

Fun!

The apartment was adorable! Fun decor, Dolly was everywhere! Convenient location. Travers was great to work with and always available for questions. There were only a few issues that made it feel that it wasn't as clean or repaired as it could have been, but overall great place! Thank you!

Great Location-well appropriated!

Close to music row, all within downtown and an Uber away. Apartment was stocked with Shampoo/Conditioner and Body wash. Coffee was a plus! Didn't watch much TV., as we were out and about. Would recommend for sure.
