Renovated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath on the Harbor

Dolphin Point #402B is a spacious, airy, remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on Holiday Isle in Destin with beautiful views of the Harbor & Gulf. Just 2 blocks from the beautiful white sandy beach this newly renovated elevator building is right on the Harbor with a pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse, beach access, and boat docks.

With accommodations for up to 6 people this condo also has a 65 inch TV in the living room, in the guest room there are two queen size beds and with 55 inch TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV for streaming your favorite programs and then goes into the beautiful remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower. ***You will need to register your vehicles through the link provided and pay a $50 fee per car.

One of the great amenities of Dolphin Point is the access to be able to be picked up on the Harbor by the Water Taxi, and be taken across the Destin Harbor to all the restaurants and attractions of Destin, such as HarborWalk Village, AJs and Boschamps.

Each Rental comes with our amenities package which includes: Amenities package included with each rental:
- One complimentary round of golf with cart at Regatta Bay, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary half-day deep-sea fishing trip for one adult, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary Snorkel tour per unit, per paid night stay.
- One complimentary adult fare aboard the Sea Blaster per unit, per paid night stay.
*Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to extend these benefits to monthly rentals.

They are available only to our guests renting by the day or week.

Place was overall great. My only complaint is the king bed. It's an old mattress and I could feel every spring. Would stay again if there was another bed. And maybe a small suggestion for a wagon to load stuff to the beach... But an amazing condo!!!

A nice place

The condo was nice - the living area was nicely decorated. It met all of our needs - Very clean - but I suggest cleaning the door! the first impression was negative because the entry door was filthy! The Condo was a longer walk to the beach than we liked - but - a short drive to Henderson Beach which was wonderful. Overall - we enjoyed our stay - the condo was clean and well equipped.

The pictures online are definitely not updated, the couch was stained & basically broken. Water pressure for sink & shower werenā€™t good at all. Not as nice as the pictures look. Overall it was ok, wouldnā€™t stay there again.

Not a relaxing stay

This property is for people who are looking to relax. The toilet was wobbly, furniture is worn out, livingroom tv is difficult to use. Light shines in from hallway into guest bedrooms, locked drawers in master, no tv and dishwasher didn't work

Nice location and apartment rhat needs some upgrades.

Great location and harbor view. Unit needs a decent shower head with some pressure in master bath. Both bathroom sinks had 0 pressure. Power recliner stopped working in a few days and never got fixed. Bed in master bedroom is pretty bad

Condition of the Condo

To start out with, the floors were filthy. The bottom of our feat were black after a few hours walking on the floor. The recliners on the couch wouldn't recline. The bathroom in the main area, the shower wouldn't drain very well, so there was standing water in the tub after a shower. The dishwasher leaked badly. Other than that it was a very comfortable place. Very nice pool and close enough to the beach. Parking lot seemed to be secure.

Memorial Day Weekend getaway.

Over I will say that the unit was nice upon entering but closer looks to shower and bathroom was less than desirable. The view was beautiful, amazing marina views and if you look on your tippy toes you can see the ocean beyond the patio. The beach was a very short walk down a lovely street. The beach access was a nice added touch and the unit left plenty of towels if needed. The living room carpet, well just make sure you have on shoes. The recliner on the sectional on the end did not work. The shower in primary room had almost no pressure at all. It would have been nice to include ways to stream music or had USB ports available but there are none.

This property was nice, but there were just a few minor things that were happening. The water pressure in master bathroom was something to be desired. The shower handle in hallway was stripped and we had to figure out how to work that. The dishwasher is stuck so close to the oven that you need to push in oven door to be able to open it fully. The counter in kitchen was broken so I made sure to take a photo of that. And no curtains in the living room area, which I thought was odd and didnā€™t offer much privacy. Like I said, nice place overall but needs some updates.

Unit didnā€™t look exactly how it showed on the pictures. Closet door was broken in one of the rooms, hole in the ceiling in living room, dishwasher didnā€™t work, only one trash at in kitchen. The unit was dirty. When I sent message to property owner. Didnā€™t really feel like they cared.

Close to private beach access and complimentary activities!

Our stay in destin was great! The condo was clean upon arrival and everything we needed was explained in the email. Would definitely recommend taking advantage of the activities through Xplorie that are complimentary with your stay! Beach access within a few blocks and there is a a pool on site. Coin operated washer and dryer on each floor. The only thing I didn't like was our sectional couch seemed a little worn out and very used. Over all a great time and an awesome place to visit!!

The condo was clean and full of everything we needed! If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the king size bed was too low to the floor no head board, lol.. Very nice though, we'd stay here again.

Beautiful condo, great view, cleanly

Our stay at this condo was fantastic. It plenty of room, a great view and a great locality to the beach and entertainment on the island. Other guest around us were very personable and followed the quiet hours rule. Perfect stay, will look to book through the owner as well, they were great communicators and very timely.

Relaxing stay

The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for my family of 4. Plenty of space to hang out and watch a show, play games, and have space to hang out after the kids went to bed. Itā€™s off the bustle of the main strip but just a few minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, and water activities. And the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. Kids loved having the pool close by too!
