Sleep soundly with the sounds of the ocean

Spacious,clean,well appointed, secure and during our stay, very quiet. Walking or short driving distance to a variety of dining choices. Walk to the pier and on Friday & Saturday a variety of of food vendors at the pier. Doubt you would be disappointed. Teres & Dick

Property was wonderful as advertised, location was great. We had my 81 y.o. mother in law with us with limited mobility who uses a wheelchair often and she had no problem getting to beach, enjoying the property and had easy access to street to enjoy the town. Only issue is dishwasher very old and ineffective. We would definately stay here again

The cando clean and has everything you need for your vacation if the add Some more trash bags for small bathroom and kitchen trash bags. The mattress not really comfortable but maybe my back issues? Drinking the coffee every morning with beautiful views from the balcony it’s best thing ever. I strongly recommend this cando for anyone need to be a way from work Exhaustion , thank you I will book it again on future

The right decision

Last time we visiting Coronado, we stayed at one f the local hotels. While the hotel was very nice, the accommodations were small for 4-5 adults. This trip we were adding a couple more days and decided to research the rental route. We were VERY pleased with what we found in Imperial Beach. We felt safe and the condo was in both clean order and quaint. I would definitely recommend considering this condo/listing agent for your stay in SOCA.

Great stay!

We REALLY enjoyed the condo. View was amazing, as was location. We were able to get to San Diego attractions and the city very easily and took day trips to L.A. twice (3-hrs each way). ONLY disappointments (not major) were cleanliness of condos outside and near pool, plethora of ugly “motel” signs in the unit (rules/regs), and arrival process (finding parking remote and thermostat key). It was 85-degrees in unit when we arrived. Jeanne was awesome and super-responsive.

Fantastic!!!

I was so impressed with this condo I already booked it for next year and I am not one that travels to the same location. The location is wonderful, if you are looking to go into San Diego it's close, We just enjoyed the beach during the day and went to explore San Diego at night. The condo itself is very clean and I loved the secure garage (2 parking spaces). This area looks like it is fairly new but it looks like there is some building going on. One more fact Jeanne is very easy to work with and easy to contact.

Awesome view! Great Location! Beautiful, comfortable, quiet condo.

The location was wonderful with the most stunning views! The condo is set up perfectly for 2 bedrooms and baths. Each bedroom basically has its own private bathroom. It is a very safe & secure place to stay. We enjoyed our visit very much. There was a bit of confusion between the owner/booking of condo. We arrived at night to just cleaned carpets with the furniture all moved off carpet. It was a bit of a challenge just arriving, tired, with my elderly in-laws but we seemed to get it put together ok. We recieved a call on our 2nd day there from the owner, mad, questioning why we arrived early. She showed up at our door and i showed her my confirmation booking that we werent early. So besides a bit of confusion it was a nice place to stay.

Nice apartment with great ocean views

The unit was clean and comfortable. The beds were particularly comfortable, the bathrooms were well maintained and the kitchen had everything necessary to be able to cook and enjoy your stay. The complex could use a good refresh but was well kept. The balcony was small, but the view of the beach and ocean was fantastic. Management was responsive when we had questions. Check in was a little laborious after a day of travel - park outside the complex, get a key out of a lock box, walk around the complex and go up to the apartment, get a second set of keys from the apartment, go back down to your car and then get into the garage and go back up to the apartment. Then of course do the reverse on the way out. The neighborhood felt sketchy and there were some folks visibly shooting up in the little park just south of the complex. Unfortunately the water at Imperial Beach almost always has bacteria levels that are too high to safely enjoy the beach. We didn't realize this until about 2 weeks before our stay, which wasn't within the cancellation timeframe. The listing is not forthcoming on this, so if official beach bacteria warnings and/or closures will dampen your enthusiasm, please be warned. Our research showed that the beach was only at acceptable bacteria levels for a month or two in the last couple of years. There were people in the water and on the beach, but we weren't interested in getting sick or subjecting our 3 year old to sewage.

1 step forward 2 steps back

I enjoyed the view and access to the beach. Sunsets were wonderful and I saw plenty of surfers. There was ample parking spaces. I didn't like the master bed. The bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable that I had back and neck issues the whole week here. I didn't like the leather living room chair and couch. The furniture in living room gave me no support for my new found neck and back ache.There was no access to heat. The only thing we found was locked. It was cool when we were there so it did make things uncomfortable. Minimal kitchen accessories. Cheap furniture on patio. Plastic chairs for women and one solid formed plastic chair for a man. Scaffolding was set up right next to patio. It didn't look too safe nor used in a while. Building was shedding and in need of repair. Railing for patio was interfering with view when sitting down. Shag rugs. I wanted a seaside condo to hear the waves and watch the sunsets. I knew I would have to drive to get to any tourist attractions. I was not disappointed by that at all. It was the shape of the condo itself. I was limited in my activities due to the results of sleeping in that bed.

The actual condo was perfect!

Everything was as depicted in the pictures. Went a little crazy with the key situation. Had to have a key for elevator, to go out to the beach, to get into the complex. I appreciate the security. The exterior of the entire complex is aging and needs fixing. Guard rails up to hot tub and going down to the beach were loose. (Hanging on by a thread). Ocean water was contaminated for two days due to broken sewer pipe in Mexico. N

Family trip

We had some last minute issues with our hotel we had planned on staying at, but were able to stay at this lovely beachfront condo. My entire family had a great time here and the location was excellent. Small shops nearby and plenty of options for food and coffee. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect beach getaway

My husband and our five children had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful beach front property, listening to the sounds of the ocean while watching the surfers, dolphins and the waves. The living space was big enough to accommodate our large family. The pool and hot tub was nice to enjoy when we weren’t at the beach. The location was wonderful as well, with local shops within walking distance and bigger attractions such as Sea World only a half hour away. The only negative things were that we ended up needing to buy more toiletries ( toilet paper, and paper towels) and the bedding was washed with too much fabric softener causing it to be too strong for our sensitive skin. We would definitely return to this rental and recommend it to all.

Surfers and dolphins !!

Awesome oceanfront. Got to sleep listening to the waves....wake up and watch the dolphins, surfers, pelicans. Tedious check-in , however, it supports a more safe environment. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the IB pier.

Great view, very clean & comfy

This is a great location with a wonderful view. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of everything in the condo. It was just my husband and I, but everything was very comfortable for us. We didn’t have any problems. One of the reasons we stayed here was because my husband has a handicapped and cannot handle stairs. Once we were able to pull into the garage it was a short walk from our parking spot to the elevator and then a very short walk to the condo from the elevator. I however did have to go up stairs to the apartment to get the garage opener. So, this place would not work for two handicapped people. We loved this condo, highly recommend it & will rent it again.

Beach getaway

This is such a great unit we are a family of 5 and it works perfectly. Great view of the beach. We saw dolphins swim by while having coffee on the balcony. Condo has all your basic needs. Easy to work w property manager. Ideal location to Coronado and downtown San Diego. Our family will definitely be back.
