Newly constructed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath lakefront home with sleeping tower and outdoor shower. Sleeps 10. Access the worlds most beautiful beaches by boat, paddle board or kayak! Powell Lake is the world largest Coastal Dune Lake, great for swimming and water sports and joins the beach. Less than 1 mile from Rosemary Beach and the east end of 30-A, this home is conveniently located to great restaurants and 5 miles to Pier Park. Seaside and San Destin shopping all close by!
Family friendly home with great yard and outdoor activities including ping-pong, dart board, and corn hole. Enjoy cooking on the green egg and use of 300 lb. ice machine. Bring your own boat (public boat ramp less than 1 mile) and enjoy fishing/water sports. For the experienced boater, options to rent a pontoon boat exists.

Perfect location

Our family enjoyed the lake house so much! Perfect getaway from crowds but so close to everywhere we wanted to go. The views were absolutely beautiful, house was clean with high end finishes and stocked with everything we needed! Communication was great from start to finish! Hope to come all the way from AZ again and stay here!!!

Excellent Property

Home and property are exactly as described but in person even better. We spent three days camped out on the dock enjoying the weather and boating (we brought our own boat). Close enough to beaches and boat ramps we even spent a day at Shell Island. Hosts were prompt and kind in responding to all our emails and texts before and during our trip. We can't wait to go back next summer.

Wonderful five stars stay!!!

We had an amazing time at this house directly located on Lake Powell in a very quiet neighborhood, with a private dock leading to the lake.The house is very clean with all modern equipment, tastefully designed, bedding is very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio with the frogs singing all the gaming facilities. We actually ended up swimming in the lake most of the time which turned out to be way more enjoyable than the busy beaches. If you are looking for a safe place to go during Covid-19 this is your destination. And last but not least the owners are very accommodating and responsive.

Great Panama City rental away from the crowds.

We stayed at the Lake house for 10 days in July 2023 while our granddaughter played in a softball tournament. The house was extremely clean and was very well equipped with quality towels, linens, kitchen needs, and many other extras to use on the lake. Beds were super comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the second-floor balcony facing Powell Lake as well as the first level (exterior) with a variety of seating, ping pong, fridge, large ice maker, green egg etc. There is a nice pier/dock and we chose to add the rental of their pontoon boat for our entire stay. It was very reasonable, and you can take it to the backside of the Inlet beach where it’s only 100 yards to the gulf side of the beach. We liked staying a bit away from the crowds and traffic of the central Panama City beachfront. The owners are very responsive to questions. We would definitely rent again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Interesting

The condo is nice and overall could have been a great vacation. We booked it for five nights and only stayed two due “live pests” that decided to venture out at night and after the pest control guy came to spray. It kinda ruins the mood of a care free vacation when you don’t know what’s going on in the furniture you are sitting on or in the walls or cabinets. The owners had the condo sprayed which caused the pests to come out more while we were there - after several coming out of a chair my husband was sitting in we just packed up and bailed. Drove all the way back home - no refund for $3700.00.

We are sorry you had an unpleasant experience. Our home was built 3 and 1/2 years ago and we have never had a pest control issue. We use pest control and have our home cleaned regularly as well as before and after each rental. Documentation from the pest control company that we sent to the house immediately upon your report stated that there was no evidence of bugs. Our cleaning service followed up 24 hours later with an inspection to see if dead bugs could be found and emailed us that there were none. There was no request for a refund from us and no pictures or any proof of an issue. We had another renter the following week that provided a 5-star review and made no mention of “bugs” of any kind. We have received 5 star reviews from all of our renters and try to provide a great experience for our guests. We will continue to take all necessary steps to ensure our house is clean and prepared for all our future guests.

So many memories were made here.

We all LOVED this place. Our family didn’t want to leave. We could have stayed another week. We’ve never stayed anywhere other than beach front. We visited the beach ONCE this week. Game changer for our family vacations. The boat was a definite plus. We stayed on the boat and in the inlet the whole time. The house was stocked! The owners thought of everything. We could have just shown up with our clothes and personal items. Anything else that we needed was already in the house. We were given suggestions and recommendations on restaurants and beach access. When we asked our kids what their favorite part of the trip was, their unanimous answer was, “Spending the day on the boat and in the inlet and the card games at night.” The view was gorgeous from sun up to sun down. Five stars!

Like Visiting A Friend's House

My Family has been vacationing in the greater 30A area for 20 years because of the beautiful sugar white beaches and clear water of the gulf. As my kids are now late teens and early 20s they were wanting something a little more exciting than just beach time - this was perfect. They all brought friends and were happily entertained all week with the variety of boating, tubing, beaching, snorkeling, ping pong and the outdoor TV area. There was plenty of room for our party of 8 (three teen boys, three early twenties girls and the paying parental unit). The boys used the enclosed outdoor shower - which they loved leaving the girls a private bath on their floor. The house was the cleanest VRBO I have ever encountered - it was more like staying at a Friend's home than a rental house. We are hoping to rent it again in the future. And if you are on the fence about the boat rental - it was the favorite among our kiddos. Grab a pull behind rope and inflatable from your local sporting goods store and enjoy.

Absolutely Fantastic!

This was our BIG summer trip! We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The house had spectacular views and was well stocked. We cooked on the big green egg and played table tennis daily. The outdoor shower was a nice added bonus to shower after the beach or swimming in the lake. We cannot wait to return!!!!

Perfect family getaway

The property was exactly as shown in the listing. Home appears as though it is fairly new and was in pristine condition upon check in. It is within close proximity to all of the fun of the 30a area while being just outside the most congested parts of traffic. After dinner, we spent evenings on the patio playing ping pong and darts making great memories with our kids. It was a great week and we would love to come back someday. Highly recommend to anyone looking to book this property.

Perfect vacation

Beautiful place and perfect compromise for a hubby who wants to stay home and fish while the girls go to the beach! Home is super clean, comfy beds, tons of amenities and great location to nearby restaurants! The only negative which is not that big of a deal is one must be able to climb stairs….would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break beach trip

Very convenient to all that Panama City and 30A have to offer but yet tucked away on very nice Lake Powell. The house was extremely nice and set up so that kids could hang out downstairs and adults on the porch. I would highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful home

The house is practically new and beautiful. It has great quality amenities such as kitchen items, games, chairs for beach etc. Dishwasher has a bit small for larger groups. 3 miles from beach with bathrooms. Great recommendations from owners. Overall great experience.

Great Time!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving at this property for our two families! The house was super clean and provided a great place for kids to move around and play outdoors. Nice to have a ping pong table, dock and boat rental!! Would definitely recommend this home. Owners are so nice and easy to contact! You can’t go wrong with this one!

30A has our favorite beaches but this home offers both. Easy 10 minute drive to Rosemary Beach and then out of the crowds at night to this beautiful home on Lake Powell for family fun with paddle board , dock, ping pong , washers , and boat rides at sunset. We will be back. Thank you for sharing Paradise to Me with our family.

Lake and Beach all in one day! We built this home to have access to the beach and the great restaurants of 30A while enjoying activities on the lake and the seclusion that Lake Powell offers. The house was designed to accommodate two families and several children with a cozy cottage feel!

This is our family beach house and we have decided to rent it for only a few weeks this summer. Bring your boat and have access to the lake/Gulf or we will rent our pontoon Boat to experienced boaters.
