Villa Diamantina - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

This vacation home is located in the heights of Le Diamant, on the Caribbean coast of Martinique. It benefits from an ideal location to explore the south of the island. The villa is located only 10 minutes from Anses d'Arlet, 15 minutes from Sainte-Luce and 20 minutes from Trois-Ilets and 45 minutes from Sainte-Anne, ideal for a tour of the most beautiful white sand beaches of Martinique.
The vacation rental is composed of four double air-conditioned rooms including a master suite. Built on one level, the villa is surrounded by a huge garden with its large salt water pool with waterfall and its carbet.

The villa is composed of :

- 1 air-conditioned master suite with double bed, storage and its adjoining bathroom with Italian shower and toilet
- 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms with double beds and storage
- 1 large living room with bar, modern kitchen fully equipped, living room with TV and billiards
- 1 equipped kitchen

The outside space is composed of :
- 1 large outside terrace in the south
- 1 outside terrace to the north with salt water pool with waterfall and carbet
- 1 huge garden with trees and local plants

Destination-specific information
Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.

Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odors, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
