This 3 Bedroom, 3 full bath, features 3 queen beds with a futon in the sunroom. The home has ample space for your relaxing stay at the lake! We offer high-speed WiFi great for those times you have to work while on vacation . We have a propane grill and fully equipped kitchen that allows for great meals after a long day of swimming. The back deck offers additional eating space with a 4 person table and an 6 person table available for outdoor dining. If you decide to bring your own boat we have a boat ramp and dock. We are located on a private cove that is perfect for swimming. A kayak and floats are available for guest use. Pets Allowed with pet fee.

Great location and easy check in/ check out process. Kitchen did include some spices and all necessary cooking pans & utensils. Really enjoyed the dart board in the sun room and laying out in the chairs by the lake.

This is such a cute cute lake house. Loved sitting down by the dock as the sun was setting. Loved sitting in the sunroom. Beds were super comfortable with spacious bedrooms. We love Lake Bowen.

Amazing trip with my 82 year old dad

This home is perfect...peaceful, lovely view, everything you need! My father is from Gaffney and wanted to visit the gravesites and old home places of his family. This was the perfect home base. Well appointed kitchen, a bathroom for every bedroom and such a lovely quiet place to relax. We hope to visit again!

The house and waterfront were lovely. The home was clean and well equipped HOWEVER the mattresses on the beds were NOT COMFORTABLE as well as none of the couches and chairs. We left early because we couldn’t spend another night there !!!

Spacious lake house, great atmosphere

This property offered plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors, making our stay in Inman, SC very enjoyable. The dock, kayaks, floats were a huge bonus, as was the fire pit for making smores with the kids. The owner was very responsive to all questions and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here with a group of family or friends! And check out the Inman Children's Theatre - great family activity with talented kids.

Great Family Vacation Rental

The property was ideal for family members to take a short drive and make a day of it. Everyone loved the house and cove with a good view of more open water. The cove was ideal for Paddle boarding, kayaking, and floating. The boat ramp was great for smaller children to ease into the water without having to jump from the dock. We were happy to have large shade trees during very hot days. The large sun porch and deck were wonderful and the interior furnishings were very comfortable. The host has made great use of the space and the house was even better than the online pictures. If we had complaints it was lack of trashbag in kitchen can, remote batteries for sunroom light/fan and primary bedroom needed to be replaced, large trash cans didn’t appear to have been picked up in several weeks, and the floors were dirty. The neighbors three dogs didn’t mind visiting nightly off leash so we had to be careful with our dog. Please don’t let these minor issues deter you, it’s a wonderful place!

Lake Time Family Time

The home itself was perfect, and the location was perfect everything was stocked perfectly (pot, pans, spices & extra towels) we had such a wonderful family vacation and the graduation was the icing on the cake. The one thing I will say is the cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to detail as something was spilled under the couch and when the baby dropped something and it rolled under it, it was really gross and a couple loose pills were found by myself thank goodness. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Wedding weekend

Stunning property! The home was spacious and the neighborhood was well-kept and quiet. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck and had fun playing darts in the all-glass enclosed sunroom. Our kids enjoyed the dock. They brought their own fishing poles and caught spotted bass, bluegill, and catfish. We were greeted each day by the neighborhood geese. :) A few details were overlooked by the cleaning company but nothing that hindered our stay. Allison was a great host, and we would highly recommend this property to others. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Lake Bowen!

Thanksgiving Family trip

Wonderful stay, perfect property to relax and unwind while down visiting family in SC. Wish we could have stayed longer. Excellent supply of spices for cooking, had everything we needed to make meals. Beds were comfortable. Washer dryer worked well. It was great that there was plenty of space to have some family come by for dinner.

Very peaceful

I was looking for a place to bring my elderly dad to fish and have family join us. It was perfect! Short walk to the lake and we caught a lot of fish right from the dock. Our 5 year old grandson was thrilled with the kayaks and the S’mores at the fire pit. The house was super cozy and the kitchen met all our needs. We will definitely book again.

Perfect for a large family

This space was so wonderful that our family gathering of 10 didn’t feel crowded at all. Kids had fun playing darts and Uno and chilled one evening watching a movie on Hulu. It was easy to find plates and silverware because all of the drawers were labeled and the big coffee pot kept us happily caffeinated! The only down side was we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the kayaks and the lake. Guess we’ll have to come back again!

Perfect for our needs

We were in town a wedding. With the wedding festivities taking place, I wish we had more time to enjoy the house and all it had to offer . Look forward to renting again in the future when we have more time..the only thing I would change is maybe mattress toppers for the beds. I am used to a firm mattress. It is what I have at home..however other members of group are not . Other than that, I loved the house, location, the spaciousness,. Wonderful big backyard on the lake.. would definitely rent it again

A Peaceful Spot

We needed a place to stay for a family wedding that allowed pets and this was perfect. It is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood on the water that had everything we needed to make some great family memories. Hurricane Helene had just gone through and we were allowed to stay despite there being no power for the first part of the trip. The evenings were cool with a nice breeze off the water and mornings spectacular sitting on the back porch. The kayaks and fire pit made for a nice sunset experience. The unit was well supplied with everything needed and was clean, spacious and cozy.Thank you for a memorable week!

The house was bigger than the pictures. My family enjoyed it. The downside is Lake Bowen is limited to 115 hp.
