Delightful 2 bedroom bach with spacious fully fenced section.Situated at the end of a no-exit road adjacent to a reserve. Great walking and cycling tracks. Fantastic in the summer months and also very warm in winter as double glazed & there is a log fire. 10 minute walk through sand hills to Ocean Beach. Sheltered, quiet section with ample space for lounging on the deck chairs. Very suitable young family. Outside pets only - fully fenced. Price $150 a night is for house ONLY for 2 adults & two children. $25 pp for extras. Extra if sleep out is used.
There is a sleep-out with a double bed and bunks (sleeps 5) making this ideal for two "small" families. It has its own toilet and shower. But please we do not appreciate "extra" unstated guest staying. Guests bring own linen: sheets, pillow cases, towels etc. You also have to clean the house the house yourself

$150 a night for 1 family of up to 4 for house only. i.e. 2 adults , 2 children. $25 extra per person. $220 a night for 2 families i.e. 4 adults, 4 children. $25 extra per person. NB. 4 night minimum over January.
This is a great place for a relaxing holiday. There is so much for the kids and adults to do.

Two night minimum stay with a minimum 3 nights for long weekends. No smoking inside please. Outside dogs ONLY.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)or separately pay the lady across the road.
