Maketu is the place to be if you love Relaxing, waves and surf , love fishing Walks along beautiful Newdicks Beach which is located at the end of Townpoint Road will be great for your soul. Beach is approx 1-2 min drive or walk. Te Puke Golf Coure - a fantastic course approx 5 min drive. Horses- Briars Horse Trek also available in Paengaroa subject to bookings and availability .(Living Dreams Horse adventures)
Shopping.. Papamoa approx. 10min to 15min Bayfair approx 20min Movie theatres 10min or 20min away.

Delighted with our third stay at Carol's place in Maketu, this time for 4 weeks. Among the many features we love:- immaculately clean and well-furnished- lovely view, spending lots of time sitting on the deck reading, etc.-thanks for use of various condiments and thanks for offering the produce from the garden.- easy driving distance to our three favourite destinations: Mt Maunganui, Rotorua, and Whakatane.- nice quiet neighbourhood, friendly neighbours.Would love to come again!

Great spot for a relaxing getaway

This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. Thoroughly enjoyed spending the evenings on the deck watching the sun set, and the lights of Mount Maunganui.

Typical kiwi bach with beautiful view

We really enjoyed our family tome there, nice and easy walks to do, quiet, and very wellequipped and tidy bach. Huge space outside for kids to play. We also really appreciated the deck! Thanks and definitively recommend!

Peaceful ocean vistas from this lovely modern home.

Loved the views, the quiet neighborhood, the privacy, the comfortable furniture and the option between shade blinds and total privacy. House is lovely- seems recently remodeled and is in great condition. Gorgeous sunsets, great sleep and the back deck with plexiglass over the lower handrail means unobstructed views but less wind to interfere with your card game. You will love this home. We hope to return next year!

Amazing Views

Carol was very helpful and accommodating. The house is great and the views are to die for. Carolā€™s communication was always timely. Be sure to read the fine print about linens not being included which was a surprise for us. But once that was figured out our stay was stress free and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

My Holiday House/Bach has a beautiful Energy- I enjoy Presenting and allowing beautiful people to come and enjoy this amazing beautiful space .
Even more so now since Nov 2023
Yay I have done some Upgrades including double glazed windows , and New kitchen, Lino and carpet and blinds/curtain. Plus exterior complete paint job and some interior painting, is feeling lighter and brighter even more so now. (change of Pics still to come. ) as have only just had entry landing steps rebuilt and gardens not quite up to specs yet.)

This is a quite space
Allowing You the space to totally Relax and be mesmerized in what ever you choose.


A little about myself -
For me in Being in nature, having Space with Me - Being with Fun people with beautiful Energy who enjoy Living Smiling and Laughter - Travelling - also I love to Be Gifting & Receiving Access Bars -- Bowen Therapy -My Body loves hands on treatments-
I so Love Learning New amazing Modalities- as
* Family Constellation - this is amazing to set myself and my family free of old patterns and old beliefs.

I also Love Walking /Walking in bush is amazing - Gardening, Cooking nutritional food , Dancing -Getting together with friends who create Ease and Joy in my Life and Living .. -going away in Our Caravan, (lol contemplating getting an ebike- what else is possible for more fun? ) being with Family and beautiful Grandchildren. who give me lots of pleasure..
