One of Waiheke's most spectacular properties, Puriri Valley is a huge estate in a stunning setting.  The property sits in a rural location just minutes from Oneroa Village and enjoys stunning views stretching out over the Hauraki Gulf. It has all the benefits of being close to Oneroa, yet is a haven of peace & tranquility.

Very welcoming and ideal for large groups, the estate comprises the main house, a separate self-contained barn, and a studio. The main house has lots of room for all to congregate, with a large living room, a dining room, and another living area opening onto the huge kitchen - perfect for catering for large groups. There is also a TV snug.  The barn also has a further living area with a TV.

With plenty of space for socialising inside and out, this is the perfect property for a large group - an extended family gathering, a special anniversary, or a corporate group.  It is also ideal for families attending weddings on the island. 

Puriri Valley is very well furnished with everything you could require for your stay. Enjoy the private valley walks, relax by the outdoor fire or admire the glorious Gulf views in one of the many sun-drenched living spaces.

Conveniently located just a short drive from the Maitiatia Ferry terminal and the charming Oneroa village.  Down the road some of the islands best wineries - including Mudbrick & Cable Bay.  Within a 15 minute drive are many more fabulous wineries, award winning restaurants & great beaches!

Beds will be made up as standard configuration unless requested otherwise.

All bookings incur a one time linen and exit cleaning cost of $500 so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.

Note: the property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. Families & mature groups preferred.

Lovely setting and location. Great charm and character

The experience was very good but not perfect. Given the premium positioning. There was a feeling that everything was a bit in need of maintenance. The BBQs were really dirty and the fountain wasn’t working, the showers lacked pressure and there wasn’t enough cutlery for the group staying. Again we loved the setting but had expectations of a premium lodge product.

Great weekend, although some photos were a bit decieving

We had a great weekend. Only small comments are that the photos of the property are slightly misleading. For example, the fountain looked very forlorn with cobwebs on it. Clearly hasn't had water for a while. Not exactly the impressive welcome you are expecting. And the grapevines obviously have not had any vines for a long time so, again, not the lush outlook you expect. Otherwise, we had a great time, thanks.

We loved the house and location for our family celebration, but the lack of maintenance in kitchen, bathrooms plus power switches dangling from the wall was a downer.

Fabulous location - Amazing Views and Great space for large groups

We hired the lodge to accommodate our family and friends for our son’s wedding. It was the perfect property to share and felt like home. We would recommend this awesome Lodge to everyone who is looking to being close to the Village, has fantastic views and is extremely private…..we even took the dogs….who had a safe and happy time.

Beautiful location

Great house to fit all our family to celebrate a milestone birthday. Sadly the house was pretty run down including the kitchen sink being blocked (we found a plunger) and dishwasher didn’t wash dishes well. A bit of TLC and the house could be magnificent. We still had a lovely time and the guest management company were fabulous to deal with.

What dreams are made of....

This secluded island property is what dreams are made of, beautiful facilities, amazing views, private yet close enough to amenities when required. The house was immaculately presented, was cozy and homely...fires blazing at night with roasting marshmallows. I don't think you could ask for more from the property....would highly recommend.

Amazing property.

Amazing property. We loved our stay it was perfect for our stay during our wedding on waiheke. We can't wait to come back and stay on our anniversary. This property made our stay a breeze and was so close to mudbrick we didn't need drivers to and from the wedding.

What a glorious weekend we had! The Villa is comfortable, spacious and gorgeous.

What a glorious weekend we had! The Villa is comfortable, spacious and gorgeous. Beds are super comfy with lovely linen. The kitchen has everything a gourmet chef requires. The fires are toasty warm and the views incredible. The spa pool is in the BEST location! The space and tranquility ensured that all 16 of us had a very luxurious and relaxing time. Thank you!
