The rental was conveniently located to many things we did during our stay. The condo kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bed in the master room was very comfortable. We had a great stay and hope to go back again in the future.

Our family stayed for a vacation in Grand Haven to enjoy a beach getaway close to our family in Grand Rapids. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our family of 4. Our kiddos loved the bunk beds and my husband and I loved the deck which provided a beautiful view for morning coffee and a lovely location to watch the musical fountain at night. The location could not be beat as it was so close to walk to everything down town.

Another Great Grand Haven Escape

Enjoyed the property, especially the central location. Perfect place for a family with kids (ours are between 7 and 10). Lots to do and time to relax.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Lots of room for our stay. Very close to downtown, shopping, the water and ice cream! Enjoyed our stay in Grand Haven.

This was a great visit! The hosts provided clear and helpful directions; the condo was spotless, and the location couldnt be better. The water and ice portions of the fridge had a little glitch now and then, but not enough to be bothersome. It would have been wondeful for laundry detergent to be provided but again, this is not major. We have stayed here before and the alcove with the bunk beds is awesome! The porch with one of THE best views was our happy place.

Beautiful Downtown Condo

My family and I had a great time in Grand Haven. The location of the condo is perfect, our kids loved the pool, we loved the cleanliness & layout of the condo! We watched the sunset every night from the balcony, along with the musical fountain & our kids enjoyed 4th of July fireworks for the first time!

We stayed for a week at the condo and had a great time! It was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and was a perfect amount of space for our family of five (3 kids 10 and under). The location is perfect - an easy walk to the downtown area. We loved walking there in the evenings and playing cornhole and grabbing ice cream and drinks in the social district area. Our kids also loved the pool, which we were able to use between 12-5pm so it was a nice stop after spending the afternoon at the beach. We also really appreciated being able to see the channel and musical fountain from the balcony. Jeff and Brigid were very helpful and responsive before and during our trip.

Great condo!

Not the first time we have stayed at this condo. Won't be the last. The location of the unit is perfect and the layout works well for our family. Grandkids love the pool.

Location of condo is perfect!

From the moment we walked into the condo to the moment we checked out, everything was perfect. The location to downtown GH, the boardwalk, restaurants, and the beach made moving from one activity to the next very easy. Jeff and Brigid are wonderful host and make sure the condo has everything you need for a smooth stay. Would definitely book again in the future.

GH 2024

We had a great week in Grand Haven! We come back to the MI beaches every summer. Grand Haven has been the best place for our family to stay. There’s so much to do and getting to the beach is an easy walk from this condo. The condo was very clean and the sleeping arrangement was perfect for our family of 6. We will definitely be back!

Perfect get-away spot

Our family rented 3 condos within this complex for our large family. My family of 4 (8 and 2 year old) and my brother/sister in law (plus 1 year old baby) all stayed here and were more than comfortable. This condo was exceptionally clean and had all necessaries for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the condo, it is way bigger in person. Our host was wonderful and extremely responsive. Will stay here again!

The Property was very clean and exactly as is appeared on VRBO. Owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We loved the location which was close to the beaches and the downtown area. Lots to do and see within walking distance of the condo. We would love to return someday.

We love renting here. This was our third time. Our grandchildren cannot wait to go back. The condo is super comfortable. We probably walked downtown three times a day. Lots of great coffee bars. Highly recommend. AAA

Best trip ever!

Everything we hoped would materialize during our trip to GH. Actually did. It can be tough planning a trip from afar. With teenage children. Fortunately for us we picked the perfect place. Being so close to town and the river walk make everything so easy. The fountain. The beach. All at our fingertips. Everything was perfect. We found great comfort in this condo. Ample space. Comfortable with an open concept. Beautiful deck. We will be sure to stay here on our next trip to GH. Everything that was promised was fulfilled. Thanks for the great trip and the wonderful memories.

Beautiful and Spacious Condo

Clean, beautiful and spacious condo with partial view of river. We enjoyed watching the musical fountain from the balcony. Great location within walking distance of downtown and slightly farther walk to beach. Beds were very comfy. You will need to supply your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, laundry detergent. We didn’t expect this as all the other VRBO’s we have stayed at supply these things.

Not sure could have been better.

This was my first VRBO experience and could not have been more please. The condo and location was everything described. Allowed for easy access to the main strip of shops and restaurants. Also close enough could just walk to the State Paek beach. My only oops was I thought the second payment would be automatic but was not. Panicked I may have lost it but Jeff and Brigod were great. Would def stay there again.

Super cute and great location

We very much enjoyed the condo and Grand Haven. Upon arrival, we had thorough instructions on the check in procedure and the condo was very clean. The location was perfect - right off the river and a block or so from Washington Ave where all the shopping and restaurants are with some being even closer. We didn't get to enjoy the pool due to our busy schedule and hitting the beach/town but that was nice to have available. We enjoyed the musical fountain one night right from the balcony! Definitely looking forward to coming back in the future. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place! (FYI, the address does not show on the maps apps so hard to find)

Definitely Recommend

The location is excellent. Walking distance to everything. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The personal touches were lovely and unexpected. Watching the musical fountain from the deck was a great way to end the evening. Originally the pool was going to be closed for maintenance, however, the hosts were super accommodating and worked to have the maintenance rescheduled which was greatly appreciated. One thing to know is that the pool hours are limited to 12-5pm for non-owners and you cannot bring guests (I'd suggest including this in the description). Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would rent this place again in the future.

Our Grand Haven Vacation

We planned this trip with my daughter and her family so that we could be in town and walk to restaurants and shops. We were a bit concerned about the second floor unit because my wife is scheduled to have knee surgery at the end of August, but the unit was equipped with an elevator, which saved the day. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay and grand Haven with a bonus of having the Coast Guard festival happening that week. The only downside was limited parking. Normally, I don’t think this would have been an issue because there was adequate Street parking available but with the festival taking place it was difficult for my daughter and her family to find a place to park.
