The villa is composed as follows:

• A very bright living room (with air conditioning) of 22 m2 including a very large bay window giving access to the terrace and the garden. This room has a dining area with a table for 8 adults as well as a lounge area including sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a 43'' LG UHD (Ultra High Definition – 4K) TV with adjustable support, Orange UHD TV decoder (+ 100 channels available) and a Bluetooth speaker that will allow you to stream all your musical content.

• A 16 m2 kitchen, modern, open to the living room and fully equipped: oven - microwave - induction hob - hood - fridge/freezer - dishwasher - filter and Nespresso coffee makers - kettle - toasters

• A master suite with direct access to the garden including a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and sink.

• Bedroom 2: a bunk bed 90 cm x 190 cm (sleeps 2) and a bed of 80 cm x 200 cm. Possibility of transforming the 80 cm bed into a double bed of 160.

• Bedroom 3: two single beds of 80 cm x 200 cm that can be twinned into a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).

• A separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and a sink.

• Separate toilet.

• A laundry room with a washing machine.


Outside:

• Facing south, the wooden terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a wooden table with bench, a cantilever parasol and sun loungers. The terrace is surrounded by lawn.

• The house also has an 18 m² garage which allows the storage of the various outdoor elements and overlooks a deactivated concrete surface allowing a vehicle to be parked.
