Direct Beach Front 3 bedroom and 2 baths in paradise. This unit is on the 1st living floor and so close to the water, the sound of the waves will put you to sleep at night. No waiting for the elevator, as direct flight of stairs is right by the condo entrance.

The Seagate Condominiums are directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the beach-front community of Indian Shores, located south of Clearwater Beach and north of St. Pete Beach. It offers the beauty of beach living with the convenience of being located less than 90 minutes away from the major Florida attractions.

This 3 bedroom/2 bath condominium offers amazing views of the white sandy beach and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony that is accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. Stunning features and furnishings. Master Bedroom has King Size bed, walk-in closet with lots of storage, writing desk/vanity, and full bath with double sinks. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds, a bunk bed with additional trundle (to sleep 3), and attached full bath with double vanity. The private third bedroom has a new queen bed. All bedrooms have cable tv, alarm clocks, laundry bags, & luggage racks.

Luxury kitchen with stainless appliances and granite. Blender, toaster, all dishes and utensils/tools provided. There is a wine and coffee bar with a pantry cabinet for all your food and beverage needs.

The living room seats large groups comfortably and has a custom built tv unit (dvd player available) with electric color-changing fireplace. Fireplace can be used with or without producing heat for cozy evenings. Games are provided in storage ottoman.

The spacious gulf front balcony directly overlooks the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. It is the perfect spot for your morning coffee and evening cocktails and for watching the gorgeous sunsets.

Two assigned parking spaces with one under cover, high speed internet, baby pack ā€˜n play, box fans, heated pool, washer & dryer, outdoor grills & picnic tables, volleyball net, & beach chairs/toys available for your use.

This condo is amazing! Head on views to the beach and gulf, plenty of room, clean, comfortable and well stocked! We had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and umbrella, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. I appreciated all the extras! The balcony views straight out to the gulf is wonderful! It's a beautiful area and the beach and pool are great. Just 4 miles from John's Pass with plenty of shopping, restaurants and water rentals. We traveled with 7 women and there was plenty of room!! Could have even had more and be comfortable. The host was very responsive and great! I love this place and will return!

Unobstructed ocean and beach views with a very short walk from doorstep to the beach.Gracious amenities stocked in condo for cooking, coffe bar and wine fridge perfect. This condo was PERFECT for our Ladies of Leisure weekend! It was spacious (there were seven of us!), well-appointed, clean, steps to the beach, and within a short walk or drive to everything we needed to eat, drink, and be merry. The weather was cool/cold during our stay, so we didn't get to enjoy the beach amenities, but the balcony was just as described and provided a wonderful setting for morning coffee under a blanket and evening cocktails with stunning sunsets. The condo hosts communicated clearly before our arrival and were very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this condo if you are thinking of a St Pete Beach getaway/vacation!

Everything and More

This was a girls trip with sisters and daughters. We love the Indian Shores area since it's centrally located between Clearwater and St. Pete. We travel a lot and stay at rentals quite often and this was by far the most accommodating. They had really every thing we needed and the few steps to the beach make it even more perfect. The beds were super comfy and plenty of room and space for everyone. The views were as posted and beautiful. The only quip we would have is the construction right outside the door when we got there but they stopped over the weekend and because of the hurricane damage just be prepared for a lot of repair going on but that will be most properties along there you will run into. They were working on the stair so elevator use was the only way to get from top to bottom and it can run quite slow, but those were all minor inconveniences making this a definite for us to come back and stay. Also, the host responded to all our needs quickly. I give this place 5 stars all around.

Daughter's Sweet 16 - Casual Getaway

Our family was beyond happy with our stay. Our daughter was not looking for a party just a couple days at the beach with family and friends. We had a great time. The condo was beautiful and the hosts were extremely accomodating and easy to work with. We were able to walk across the street to Salt Rock Grill for her birthday dinner. We would highly recommend this location to all of our family and friends. Great location, living space and beach access.

Our stay in Indian Shores

Everyone in our group was pleased with our condo. We had a group of 9 in our party. I felt like we had plenty of room without feeling cramped. Our youngest was 13 and the oldest was 86. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and supplies for us all. The condo looks exactly as pictured so no surprises that can sometimes happen when renting. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay here.

Awesome and as advertised

This was a great condo right on the beach, great views, and great hosts. The condo is fully stocked so I recommend you check-in first before going to the store. There are a ton of beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. It was also stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, soap powder, candy, games... there was a lot. Highly recommended.

Great birthday celebration

So sorry we didnā€™t text when we left at 9:25am Sunday but we had a great stay, accommodations were great. View of the beach was great. Only feedback was that, there was not a large skillet, there was not toilet paper, and guest bath shower was hard to figure out. Overall great stay! We will definitely be back in touch for our next stay!

Great family getaway

Travelled for a long weekend with family. The unit was very clean with plenty of room for everyone. Being located on the first floor was great with easy access to the elevator and stairs. The unit was well stocked with beach gear, and towels, (although we brought our own gear). Kitchen has everything we needed and it was great to have a washer / dryer. Access to the beach, pool, and BBQ area was awesome too, The owners were very responsive and we will definitely look to stay at the property again.

Indian Shores - very quiet

Usually stay in Indian Rocks which is closer to some restaurants etc. However we really enjoyed this location & the unit was very nice. Best stocked unit Iā€™ve ever stayed in - many small extras made it pleasant. Every possible consideration - even salt water taffy welcome candies! Owner was responsive. Beautiful view. Nicely decorated.

Exceeded all our expectations

Big hang out space, nice rooms, nice coffee bar. Everything was current and nicely updated. Terrific beach front view. The only way to make this place better is add a third bathroom. But we would happily stay here again as is.

We purchased and renovated this beautiful beach condo to have a fun place to take our kids (4 of them!) when we are not sharing it with our visitors. We live locally in Tampa and love coming here as a carefree retreat to make family memories.

We love that you are on the 1st livable floor and feel like you are part of the beach while in the comfort of this unit. Everything has been updated (floor to ceiling) including new air conditioner, water heater, glass sliders, have the only fireplace option in our building.
