This two level 5 bedroom Villa is in an ideal location with fantastic views of the Kaimai Ranges. Only a short drive to Te Aroha and not far from Hobbiton. The Mountain backdrop of Mt Te Aroha provides a range of activities from walking and hiking tracks and a wetlands walk to Mountain Biking and the Hauraki Bike Trail. The property has ample parking and is less than a 10 minute drive to the popular Wedding Venue " The Hall " Manawaru.

An ideal home for a group of friends to enjoy a retreat in the country side, the guys could perhaps play golf and the Ladies could enjoy the lovely Spa Town of Te Aroha. Ideal for overseas visitors wishing to have a central base to explore the region.

The main lounge has an 70" T.V ideal for watching movies or Sports. The 2nd lounge has a 50 " T.V along with the master bedroom having a T.V, all 3 with separate Sky boxes and DVD players. There is also a balcony with lovely country views off the master bedroom and a balcony of the lounge that captures the afternoon sun and at times spectacular sunsets. The main bathroom has a large tub to soak in and two of the bedrooms have ensuites off them. The kitchen has an induction cook top along with other late model appliances, there is also a BBQ area , with a new Webber BBQ and the area is ideal for entertaining in the summer months. There is ample parking as well.
