The Gîte Les Baraques is located in the countryside, 15 minutes from Epinal, the city of images. Numerous hiking and cycling trails allow you to discover this region with its many attractions, including the thermal spa route: Plombières-les-Bains, La Vôge, Les Bains, Vittel, and Contrexéville. It's 50 minutes from Lake Bouzey and 50 minutes from Gérardmer, the Pearl of the Vosges. Come and discover our gîte with family or friends, year-round.
Housed in a former school, the Gîte Les Baraques offers every comfort for a wonderful stay. This detached house is spread over two levels.
The ground floor comprises:
- the main room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, a flat-screen TV, a pellet stove, and a bench seat.
- Laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. - Storage area for small equipment (bicycles)
At the entrance, a small storage room and a separate toilet

Upstairs:
- 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms (beds 140x190) and 1 double bedroom (2 bunk beds)
- Shower room: 2 sinks, 80x120 shower. Small folding baby bed
- Separate toilet with washbasin.

Outdoors
- Terrace with garden furniture, four deckchairs. Barbecue.
- Unfenced grounds.
- Private parking.
- Pétanque court

The main room is heated by a pellet stove. Electric heaters are located upstairs. One bag of pellets is provided per day (beyond this, a charge of €9.50 per bag is charged). Electricity is charged for consumption above 8 kWh per day.

Bed linens are provided, beds made upon arrival. Towels are provided.
End of stay cleaning included

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
