BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - toaster - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a Samsung 55` smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.

**No Smoking | No Pets** This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.
**Leave It as You Found It** Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).

**No Parties or Events** This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Thank you for a delightful stay. The unit was beautifully clean and really nicely fitted out with lovely cutlery crockery and linen. Such a nice change after some places I’ve stayed. The beds were very comfortable and while the aircon was welcome it was great to have the option of the nice big balcony. Enjoyed the stay very much

Great apartment and communication, was perfect for our stay. Complex very new. Only draw back was not all the amenities were in operation. Otherwise would have definitely been 5 stars.
