Rate shown is for first 2 people or room, extra adults (17 yrs onwards) $25 per night.
Children 16 yrs and under are charged at $5.00 per night per child.

Extras: Cleaning for 2 or more nights (Optional, NZ$70.00 per stay); Linen (included); Cleaning fee of $70 is COMPULSORY for SINGLE night bookings.);NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave.
Instructions for TENANT cleaning (ie not paid cleaning fee).
• House to be left in condition found and rubbish into bins provided.
• Wipe down all surfaces.
• Clean toilet, shower and bath (if used).
• Vacuum and mop floors.
• Linen and towels to be washed and hung out to dry (no need to wait for drying)
• Wipe out fridge.
• BBQ to be left in clean condition for next tenant.
